Lobster Place, a seafood hall in Chelsea Market in New York City, is one of many restaurants around the city that collects and recycles its oyster shells to be cured and placed back into the harbor for reef habitat restoration.

New York city has a rich history of oysters too. Roads were covered and even paved in oyster shells. Nice to see people getting involved to restore the salt-water bivalve molluscs population. Great video!
