Alignment with your stakeholders, understanding their point of view on the project plays a crucial role. This is what is actually expected while doing the stakeholders interviews and preparing engagement plans to take their buy in for the project. Thank you for the video. Loved it
Adriana your content is amazing, I am a career change person in my late 40s and looked and read everything I can get my hands on. You're clear, concise, and include everything that you can come across, including the management side, so thank you for taking your time to help people like myself. It's the best content on TH-cam full stop, better than a course I was on and gave up as it didn't give me the information I wanted
@ryanlewis2277 thank you so very much for your kind words. I am thrilled that my content has helped and given the information you have been looking for! I also have a 45 min webinar that I think will benefit you. In this free training I walk you through the five key items needed on all projects, it's what I call the FAB FIVE FUNDAMENTALS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT. The FAB FIVE are the 5 key items that you must do on every project - if you only do 5 things, these are them! It’s a great way to simplify projects, while still doing the essentials needed to ensure project success. Hi….compromise is not a standard activity with one size fits all. It will be unique to the person and the item of discussion. Compromise is when both sides decide on a path moving forward that is agreeable to both parties. This would be know as a win-win compromise. There are also win-lose compromise. When the outcome is considered more beneficial for one party vs the other. You need to be careful with this. Resentment may build on the losing party side which may cause other issues. It’s a delicate dance that needs to be thoughtful, respectful and considerate. Remember there is a solution for everything…you may need to work harder to make it win-win.
