He got time in a so called Maximum Security Federal Prison. However, there were no fences, no walls, all had private rooms with a regular bed, desk, toilet, etc... and even a cell door he could lock from the inside and could leave the room at any time, day or night. No perimiter walls, gaurds, guns, or towers, just an Honor System. Prisoners there could even walk away around two blocks to a local convenience store... Alone. Good for him or them, but what a Joke of a System. He stole Millions and got a big fine and a couple of years. The cash was never recovered, and he lives a pretty damn good life today.

Jenkins and Allers were the supervisors so of course they were gonna get heavier sentences, Hersl was a horrible cop and person prob the worst of the group so they had a lot on him. A lot of the black officers cooperated so they got reduced sentences. Race really had nothing to do with it
