- The cook looks bad , but the Dosa tastes AMAZING.
Since lot of people have been asking what is that he is putting on it, Here's the list.
The first sauce that goes into it is a chilli garlic ginger tomato sauce, followed by Paneer (cottage cheese), Then he puts on some masala Ghee (spiced up butter) then he showers some onions on it. Then the potato onion curry and finally some cheddar cheese.
The location of this place is Near Pragathi college, Abids, Hyderabad, AP, India. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

I eat there almost 4 times a month. That Dosa spot is known as Pragati Dosa and I assure anyone that, what the cook is making tastes amazing, and is perfectly healthy. Food comes first and then the ambience.
I never fell sick after eating that Dosa even once. It may not look clean, but trust me its clean. Hope someone who travels to Hyderabad, eats this Dosa.

the cook dosen't look bad he is a very hard worker and I appreciate that, the place is dirty cause he is not working for money he is happy working in that place i bet. I think he would not care if the place is dirty he would be happy that the people are injoying that.

Love it. Real hand made. If he's making up to 14 dosas at a time, it proves that his food is wanted. That means people didnt get sick and therefore are returning. For those who fear the dirtiness, you may just be the weaker population of the human society. This food is for the strong.

+Fisnik Cekaj yeah that shirt looked nasty. The food looks good but the sweaty dude is kinda iffy. In his defense I'm sure it's hot as hell there and he's working over a burner so anyone would sweat a lot.

why do peaple coment how unhygenic indian street food is next time you eat in your local restaurant ask if you can watch your food being cooked and check out the kitchen and the chefs finger nails I doubt you wont

Martin- You know nothing. The trend now with restaurants is to display the kitchen area via a glass partition or similar glass wall to the patrons. You obviously never left your dirty village. Stop defending the filth. And most good chefs have a clean dish towel with them and wash their hands with warm water and soap. Again, stay in your dirty village.

hello anjali all you need is a good dosa batter and a non stick pan... make sure you try few with plain batter like you do your pancakes and then spread them out evenly. As you make progress spread them out further thinner and then give it 3 mintues to flip over. Make sure you keep the heat medium to avoid getting over roasted.. Its as simple as it sounds trust me. All you need is a better non-stick pan. Your few initial dosas will be tough and will be out of shape. This is because pan takes lot of time to get heated evenly. Dont get discouraged after first few initial trials scrub the pan with half chopped onion which makes it very smooth and you are all set.

***** Dosa is like french crepe's but the base is made with rice instead of flour. And its NOT sweet. They all a vegetarian dosa with potato, spicy, cheese filling.

Ok the only ingrediant i totally recognized was the onion but i want one with every thing... oh and to 'zonexization' i have worked in two 5star restaurants in the US and we cooks sweated a hell of a lot more than this guy,, and we used our hands about as much... just remember folks ... never piss off people that make your food, serve your food, or cleanup after you when you go out to eat,,,bone apell teat
