- This little eatery called Manju dosa serves up hot CRISP dosas, with a variety of fillings. This joint is at a corner, a small 5 by 5 square foot area, dishing upto two hundred dosas a day. Manju Dosa is famous for its variety of dosa preparations, specially the Mysore masala dosa. One can opt from elaborate options - paneer, rawa, Chinese dosa, pizza dosa, jain dosa, mysore and also uttapams.

I wonder if the butter they are using is real butter or margarine. People make sure that you get pure butter because margarine will give you heart diseases since it's high in cholesteol

Nope. Margarine has 0 cholesterol. But it has saturated fats that get converted into cholesterol. Butter on the other hand has both cholesterol and saturated fat. As long as margarine is not made from some bad oil like palm, it is the healthier option.

Boil potatoes up-to 15minutes....
Peel them...
Mash them..
Add salt chill ND mix them well...
Take a pan... Pour some oil cumin seeds some turmeric ... Fry the potates add some water.... Boil for 10minutes it's ready.
