Great job. By the way, I have difficulty communicating because I had a stroke in Broca’s area, the part of the brain that controls speech. 2/8/2021 but I lived again. (My wife helped me compose this.)
Thanks for the very quick look. Potholes need to be a VERY big consideration for the overall safe execution of FSD. I don't think it's getting enough attention. Good video and commentary. Keep 'em coming.
@@danburkland same here, speed limit changed 2+ years ago on some streets and still not updated. I reported on openmaps, as well as a number of other sites. Shows correct on Google, OpenMaps, Yahoo, etc, but not in Tesla.
@@danburkland No. They are for people with a device that allows the tolls to be paid electronically. They are usually to the far left which is a problem when you're turning right shortly after passing through the "toll booths." It's probably unrealistic to expect any automation to navigate this situation.
Technically it's "throttling". The term "Throttle" comes is from reducing the fuel, so "cutting the throttle" would actually be an increase in fuel flow causing acceleration. 😆 /pedantic
The "trolley problem" isn't a real-life use case, it's just a philosophical thought exercise. The car would probably just slam on the brakes and avoid hitting either.

thank you for posting this so quickly!
My pleasure, more to come today!

Thanks and couldn’t agree more on the potholes, they are so bad right now in NE Minneapolis!
Well done!
Thanks!
Only nerds are up right now 😂They really pumped this update out!
Haha indeed, finally getting some rest :) More to come later today!
@@danburkland 👍
Speed limit is also always wrong in Ottawa. That makes it really annoying to use in neighbourhoods.
That’s odd
I’ve reported it a number of different ways (even fixed it in Openstreetmaps) but the map data continues to be 3+ years old (and wrong).

Lane selection is atrocious in the Orlando area particularly with needing to use the sunpass lanes which makes FSD almost useless.
Are sunpass lanes considered HOV lanes?

Any improvement to summon?
I will try today but since it wasn't mentioned in the release notes I wouldn't expect much.

Technically only diesels control fuel flow with throttle. Gas engines control air flow and adjust fuel accordingly.
@@nathanmahler3743 Indeed. The torque of an EV is most similar to a diesel. ;) Whatever input is throttled, the point remains.
@@eubikedude All the torque of a diesel with no Throttle or turbo lag.
I wonder if it would hit the rabbit to avoid a deer?
What about the roadrunner?

Still waiting.....has it been that bad?
Want to go for a drive?
Is this better than 11.3.1 ?
So far no regressions but will be testing more today to confirm for sure.
It is my understanding that version 11.3.3 has never been released. You might want to review your title and correct it. Cheers.
It’s out now.
It's literally just out, so this is correct. He even mentions differences to 11.3.1 and 3.2 in the video ...
I’m an early bird ;)
Yep, I just read about it just now too. Sorry for the mention.
