maybe it’s because the people fail, not the diets

More like nobody talks about what you have to do to maintain the weight once you get off these fast diets

@@missgurl218wait. You mean it isn't about starving myself and after I think I look good enough, I can go back enjoying all the things I liked to eat before???!!!

Successful weight loss is not about actually losing weight, it is about making a lifestyle change, healthly life style change. If what you eat and what you do are healthly, there qouldnt be weight gain in the first place.
Conversely, many people think i will just eat less, lose a ton of weight, and after that i can look good and go back to eating and doing what i did before. That is just wrong. Whats happens if you go back to your usual diet? You became fat again. Why? Cuz it is the reason why you are fat in the first place!!!
Lifestyle changes people. If you want to be healthly weight, you live and eat like the healthly weight people. This is it.

Your doing a great job keep it up. A few yrs ago my son and I were on this show after my son lost 170 lbs. They offered loose skin removal for him. And he looks much better. Once you loose all your weight you may want to look into loose skin removal. Your skin won't go back into shape. Keep it up

@@TheJleliot Thank you so much. For some reason my skin is tight and doing good. I’ve noticed some ppl that lose weight have extra skin and some ppl don’t. I think it’s what they eat and how much exercise they do. I exercise a bunch. I ride my bike 15 miles a day, walk six miles every other day plus lift light weight for toning, and I eat only lean meats and Veggies.... No processed foods, No fried food, no sweets.... So hopefully my skin will continue, if not I still probably wouldn’t do the surgery. I’m not sure though. Thank you for the encouragement and advice. Congratulations to your son also.
