as a survivor of domestic abuse; and knowing other survivors, there was no way in hell I would have tried to ‘provoke’ my abuser because i was TERRIFIED of the abuse i would get, the fear affected every decision i made in my life. The way she talks about being snarky and provoking him.. that’s not someone who’s scared.
This right here. I literally tried to run into traffic to get away from my abuser (big mistake). It's baffling to me as to how they can even try to spin her provoking him if she was the victim. I can't speak for every victim but I didn't dare try to provoke and if I accidentally did it was either run or do damage control and be complacent.

I can confirm this: in my own personal experience I never wanted to meet my partner's gaze I would always keep my head low not say anything that could be taken as provocation, course true abusers always find some way to stir up drama, Say nothing? Oh you don't care about us, say good morning? Shut the fuck up Bitch, do I look like I'm having a good morning?!?, there literally is NOTHING you can do to stop it just have to grin and bear it until you either snap or find another way out for good.
So, Dr. Kipper, her nurse, Jerry, and Ben all saw her after she had just sustained all this abuse in Australia and instead of treating her for her massive injuries and getting her help, they gave her a sedative and made arrangements for her to go home.

Like he said from the moment he started talking about the the pre-nup she started going crazy (this is when she experiences a psychotic break from reality), throws the bottle, severs his finger, and starts raging around the house, breaking things, painting on things, causing $50,000.00 worth of damage, ripping her negligee off and wrapping it around steak pieces. Johnny goes into the bathroom and bedrooms to get away from her and messages Dr. Kipper telling him about her crazy rampage! There is recorded audio of her asking Dr. Kipper "Did I do all this?!" and Dr. Kipper and nurse Debby Lloyd discussing her medication and her psychosis. Dr. Kipper says "She knows what she's doing! Jerry Judge and Ben King arrive and give her antipsychotic meds! They rush Johnny to hospital and he tells them to get her the hell away from him, take her back to LA.
She was able to possess almost total recall about anything that painted Depp in a negative light, but she was very forgetful about anything that made her look bad. It's quite remarkable.
Such as every incident of abuse she claimed.. All she kept saying was “I remember” and “Umm” or “I don’t remember, but I don’t think I did.” 🤣🤣🤣
One of the things I find incredible and unbelievable, is when she describes the sexual abuse act , she says that Johnny sexually abused her with a bottle , that’s feasible , then she says she didn’t know if it was a broken bottle , and that she couldn’t feel anything , I’m a woman and I would definitely know if I was being abused by a broken bottle in my vagina , if she had been sexually abused with a bottle and she was bleeding , ( she testified to this ) , wouldn’t the safest and most sensible thing to do would be to go to hospital or a doctor , as sexual assault and interpersonal violence require specialised treatment , Amber locked herself in her room , so she said . She says she didn’t know if it was a broken bottle that she was abused with , REALLY , the neck of a broken bottle would cause deep cuts and tears into the vaginal wall , which would need medical attention , and the pain would be unbearable. She testified she couldn’t feel anything . Any woman who has been sexually assaulted would know how painful it would be . Her story isn’t adding up . I truly wish that Johnnys team could get a professional medical opinion on this , because to me her accusations are outrageous.

As a police officer- I interviewed SO many people. There are two times people say "I don't remember"- when they literally have NO CLUE and nothing you can say will elicit more detail because they actually don't know the answer... And people who are LYING THROUGH THIER TEETH will say it A LOT so they can use that as their excuse for all the discrepancies they name- they fall back on "I said I couldn't really remember it that well". That's what liars do. They say that they "can't remember" so they can change their story, make up details as they decide they sound good... That's how they do it. It's clear she's LYING so so so badly throughout.
What abused women would give a s--t or even notice the type of freaking tile she was supposedly dragged across and then bring up that she wore a backless dress. When I heard this story I didn’t know whether to laugh or what. That is NOT AT ALL how one would describe the feeling of being sexually assaulted with a glass bottle. “Pressure”???’ Really, that’s all you felt?? There’s so many things wrong with that particular story and the way she tells it. When I first saw this I was in awe, I mean I felt actual astonishment, paired with disbelief. That story was when I knew FOR SURE that she was lying. That made me certain. It is so clearly fake, and I still can’t believe that she really threw it at the wall hoping that it would stick. I can’t believe she went all out like that. She really picked the worst, most graphic thing and tried to integrate it, to sell her narrative. Epic fail.
Yes, that accusation was enraging. The brain supposedly blocks your memories of re-living the pain, but describing it just as pressure more than once when clarifying he shoved it in multiple times makes her statement unbelievable. More so, if it was an open bottle, she would have needed to go to the hospital for safe removal due to it creating a vacuum. Even if it was closed, there must be injuries and bleeding. She even said she bled but then she just took "a quarter of a pain killer" and went to bed? No way any of this is true the way she describes it.

Ive been loving rewatching this train wreck of a trial, specifically Asmons responses to it. I have been really paying attention on how Camilla Vazquez (JD BAMF Lawyer) composed herself and how she objected, and just her way of working, and she really has a way with her voice in this trial specifically. She spoke gently and objected with a compassionate tone and was gentle at first then when it came to the end of the trial she took not a single bullshit comment or response, just a complete badass out for the truth. It is such a great turn.

No medical records of a broken nose. You simply cannot have a broken nose and not see a doctor or go to the hospital for it. She also said she wasn't sure it was broken but then realized it was. You would know. She wouldn’t have been penetrated with a bottle and not have to go to the hospital as well. She'd need stitches. She's so afraid of him yet threw his wallet and phone out the window? And admitted to starting physical fights and mocked him and belittled him when he tried to walk away and said she hits him and then called him a baby when he said he didn't want physical fights. This is such a mess and so gross. She constantly references his kids to seem motherly and nurturing and to trigger him and manipulate everyone else. The heavy, exaggerated breathing into the microphone. The level of manipulation and attempt at subliminal messaging is so extreme and obvious. Mentioning how Marilyn Manson was playing in the background in Australia. Nice touch Amber’s team. Also, weren’t there like three witnesses that night in Australia? There is an actual audio online of that moment and she is crying how she didn’t mean to and Johnny’s staff is looking for his finger and one of them even says “Amber is no fool. She knows what she is doing.” Are we all really going to pretend none of that is out there? Her lawyers better show that. She is genuinely sick and it’s quite scary watching someone be like this. It’s like Casey Anthony. No one is claiming they didn't have a toxic relationship and that Johnny isn't in the wrong in many ways, but she has lied for six years, pretending to be the sole victim who was a saint when she was not. She is so calculated, exaggerated, vindictive, disgusting, and all while using shock value to manipulate everyone even more. All these sudden new awful claims of sexual assault she is clearly making now because it’s her vindictive way of getting back at him for suing her. The entire time he looks disgusted, angry (especially when she mentions his kids), and shocked by many of her words and her ability to lie and manipulate. At times even laughs at the absurdity. Her sociopathic performances are very triggering. Her millions of lies in the past six years that have been caught now have sadly made her the woman who cried wolf, making nothing she says now believable.

Actresses who have played abuse victims often do a lot of research, talk to real survivors, read story’s of real experiences so they can really portray the emotions, the terror at the time and in the aftermath, I don’t think Amber has ever suffered abuse and because she is narcissistic she cannot relate the feelings of real survivors or even the empathy we would have for someone sharing their experiences. She is trying to portray what she believes we expect to see; sadness, crying, sobbing, disbelief that it happened except she doesn’t know where to put the emotions with the words and changes so fast between them because she isn’t experiencing them, I’m yet to watch an abuse victim not need the judge to give them a break during their testimony and Amber could have talked for days.
Her film editors need a raise. She doesn't have chemistry with herself, let alone Jason Momoa.

I am a retired emergency room nurse. I have seen many people who have various objects inserted in vaginas and rectums. If AH came into the emergency room showing signs of a broken bottle inserted into her vagina she would immediately be admitted. The complications could be traumatic. Not only to the vagina but to her uterus, bowel. I do not believe her statement.

So true. I have had decades of therapy and learned coping and grounding mechanisms. Music, medicine, hot showers, and a 25 pound weighted blanket help but do not eliminate trauma sx.
Only when we got three separate security systems a few years ago and every entrance set up with alarms and more security with cameras inside did I start sleeping better 21+ years later.
Just this week discovered I still cannot talk about many things which surprised me as I thought I had healed and moved on.
I learned street fighting martial arts which also helped rebuild my confidence, but I don’t believe I could ever be in the same room or building with my ex under ANY circumstances and never will.

The way she testified today and yesterday, she basically said she was beat to a pulp severely pretty regularly. Yet, her "photographic evidence" does not match that. Her "black eye" looks like poor lighting and possibly a small bruise from an injection. Not a black eye. Your eye and surrounding area swell and get black and blue. Then the tiny red spot on the lip was supposed to be a busted lip? Looks like a spot where the skin got peeled off, not a busted lip. Anytime I have had a fat lip, t was swollen and red all over. Some of the "sexual" violence she described seems so theatrical. Then the plagiarizing of movie scripts, stealing her employees real story of sexual assault to weave her tale of a supposed three day hostage situation. Not a tear shed either. It doesn't matter how "well" you've put your life together, there will ALWAYS be a word/person/situation/sound/smell and more that can trigger you into a "break-down", at any time. Smiling when you feel broken. This excuse of a woman is utterly disgusting. Having to re-tell your testimony, over and over, to numerous counselors/lawyers/psych docs, isn't something done this "easily" no matter how strong you've become. The smallest thing can be a vivid reminder. The fact she can so easily lie about something that has debilitated men, women and children all over, breaks my heart for those of us who have struggled to be sane, to put our lives together and stand up. I live in Australia & in QLD (the state they were in) & I can 1000% say if the hospital so much as suspected he’d cut his own finger off or even did it accidentally while in a drug fueled rage, he would not of been sent home!! He would’ve had a full physch analysis & been held for at least 72hrs & if he had high levels of drugs in his system & alcohol, no way they would’ve given him morphine like they did too!! Our laws for morphine or any opiates in hospitals are so strict now!! Australians are watching this thinking “OMFG!!!! It doesn't make sense. Her lawyers know she's lying (anyone observing this case even from far away can see it), and I thought a lawyer couldn't defend someone if they didn't believe them or something? (I don't really know).

I know people who have been in severely abusive relationships (I have myself but I wasn't beaten) and I can tell you right now the kinds of bruises and cuts you get, ESPECIALLY on the face (as people tend to attack the head) - there is NO WAY there would be no other witnesses. You see weight loss, hair loss (stress), marks and bruises and strange "accidents" (like falling down stairs) happens regularly.

Every single witness, tape recording goes against Amber’s recollection of events. That’s the issue.... Amber and her team where ordered to give all metadata, pics, texts etc to JDs team back in November and they still haven’t turned that over... why is that? I believe the relationship was toxic, I believe JD said some pretty horrible stuff to Amber but I don’t believe he beat the brakes off of her and assaulted her. I find it odd the way she talks, It's like she's narrating a movie that we are watching or are going to watch instead of speaking past tense about events that actually happened in the past.
She never knows how it ends. It’s always “I don’t know how it ended. I just woke up….. blah blah blah.”
Anyone receiving this level of multiple facial traumas like this would never be able to be camera ready 24 hours later. The amount of swelling that would be involved with 2 black eyes and a broken nose cannot be covered up by makeup. It would have taken DAYS for the swelling to go down, not hours. Any medical professional can tell you that.
Answer me this: if she was so battered on so many occasions, then why does the couple’s therapist notes and testimony state that JD would often leave the arguments? Her notes also state that AH would often start a physical altercation to keep JD from leaving the arguments. Why would a battered spouse chase their abuser from room to room? Multiple witnesses have seen AH chase JD. Victims do not pursue their abusers.
My mother is exactly like amber heard. My father me and my sister would be so happy when she left the house. We would wait for when she would leave the house. We never stopped her from leaving. That’s nonsense

I find her performance disgusting. However, I'm conflicted because I don't think she's evil so much as ill. The thing is though, that I'm not sure she'll get actual help. She is unwilling to accept that she's mentally ill and is rich enough to buy therapists and anyone else who will preserve her delusions. My respect grew immensely since she accused him. It showed his character and patience to go through all of this and still treat her and her friends that well.

There is no way in hell that she wouldn’t have had bruises all over her body with the amount of physical abuse she claims he inflicted upon her. Where the hell are all the photos of her injuries if that had all really happened… she is an appalling actress and I’m having a hard time believing anything she’s testifying to. I really started watching her testimony with an open mind but she is so clearly lying. I’m actually really glad all this is being televised so the world can truly see that he is the recipient of the abuse and not the abuser.

As a victim of child abuse and a victim of abuse in relationships, she enrages me. Especially recalling her ‘sexual abuse’ stories. That’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do is tell someone of the things that happened to me, and it’s shameful the way she lies about it so easily. Her acting is *terrible* and so unbelievable.

This was exactly the point I made on another video where someone brought up how easy it seemingly is for her to recall everything whereas when JD talks about all the traumatic shit he stammers and looks down at the floor a lot (which indicates recalling emotions, not being dishonest, as a lot of people falsely believe), but yeah - as a fellow victim of sexual abuse as a child over 30 years ago - I couldn't even REMEMBER what had happened to me fully until I was in therapy for years because I had apparently suppressed it as a young child for a defense mechanism. Even now, after a 5 year long relationship with my therapist, whom I absolutely adore, I absolutely credit with saving me from a constant pattern of self-destruction and literally trust with my life, it is the absolute most difficult thing I've ever had to do to tell her the specific details of what happened to me. I literally had to struggle to find every word and could barely get it out because it's so painful to recall.
She is a detriment to actual victims everywhere and is one of the worst actresses I've ever seen. She is famous for being "pretty" and is only pissed that Johnny finally stopped taking his shit/that she didn't get paid when they got divorced. She is fucking disgusting I literally would enjoy watching her being publicly flogged at this point.
As a victim of abuse and sexual assault, there was no way I was able to look my abuser in the face at my trial. She keeps looking at Johnny. That alone tells me she's a big fat liar. All the sighs, all the forced crying. This woman angers me to no end. Shame on her!
I recount going to the hospital as one of my worst experiences because as a child I knew they were going to ask me how it happened. That wasnt the scary part, the scary part was what might happen afterward if they sent me home with my mom and they did and I never wanted to be home, when I got home from school I stayed in the car until I made sure her clients left from that day on. It took her pushing my grandmother for social services to come knocking and as they educated me I eventually attacked one of her clients with a box cutter. From there I was put into foster care and became truant from school until I was placed in I think it was just called relative care following my mothers suicide.
