Paul, thanks for the great video! I’ve recently switched to the Transparent Labs Bulk pre-workout and love it. I’m 50 and take a daily men’s multivitamin, my question for you is do you take vitamins on a daily basis and if so can you do a video breaking down your vitamin regimen? You’ve become one of the few guys I really trust, thanks for all you do!
Of course. I keep it simple with vitamin supplementation as well. Just a regular multi-vitamin daily should do the trick, unless your annual bloodwork shows you are deficient in any areas. TL makes a pretty good one but any multi will work.

I didn’t like the taste when they first came out, so I couldn’t recommend them at the time. They re-did the recipe and I love the new bars. Started using them regularly after I filmed this👍🏼
I totally agree. The new bars taste so much better and have a much more desirable consistency. So, the sugar content isn’t too high for you? Thanks again!
hi Paul - i have just been chastised for putting my Transparent Labs Collagen in my coffee! supposedly by putting it in hot coffee negates any of its positive effects on 2 counts - due to the heat and the caffeine!! what do you say to this??? thoughts please
Every day regular heat like that used in hot beverages will not destroy the collagen. I have not heard anything about caffeine interfering with its benefits.

Im 47. Im in pretty good shape. I would agree with all the above. Good breakdown.

Of course. My favorite BCAA is blue raspberry. I go with the unflavored creatine in my protein shake👌🏻Enjoy!

You take collagen because of the taste? That’s the worst reason to take a supplement.
