    In this video, we’re going to talk about shortness of breath. Aside from the most common causes, there may be some hidden issues that cause shortness of breath. Take a look.
    1. Vitamin B1 deficiency - Many people have a vitamin B1 deficiency. This can affect the vascular and nervous systems. Refined carbs and sugars can contribute to your vitamin B1 deficiency. Diabetes, alcohol, and too much exercise can cause lactic acidosis, a condition that is heavily influenced by vitamin B1. This situation can cause shortness of breath.
    2. Acidosis - If your body is far too acidic, this can affect your breathing.
    3. Alkalosis - If your body is far too alkaline, this can affect your breathing. High-carb diets, too many carbs, and high calcium can cause this issue.
    4. Low calcium - Low calcium in your blood may cause difficulty breathing.
    5. Asthma - Asthma is a common condition that can cause difficulty breathing. Vitamin D is important for asthma symptoms.
    6. Pneumonia - A viral or bacterial infection in the lungs can cause difficulty breathing. Zinc is important for pneumonia.
    7. COPD - Vitamin C and vitamin E are vital to lowering lung inflammation and inhibiting fibrosis in your lungs.

      But if my shortness of breath is preventing me from sleeping, I can't break free? I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks now and even went to the hospital but everything checked out but they didn't check my vitamin b or d levels. I started taking b vitamins, d, c, e for a couple days now with minimal improvement. Also my throat gets tight before I go to bed as well which I assume is anxiety from being nervous about my shortness of breath. The shortness of breath and throat tightness leads me to only getting 2-3 hours of sleep at night, but I can also take a 2-3 hour nap later in the day but I still have dark circles around my eyes and feel exhausted. During the night I often wake up to the feeling like im choking due to the throat tightness and feel numbess through my body so I have to sit down and take my short breaths until it goes away and I don't feel relaxed enough to sleep until the sun comes up.

      @@Username4453 If you have vocal cord dysfunction (VCD), your vocal cords don’t open all the way when you breathe in. This blocks your airways, and you may struggle to breathe. VCD is often misdiagnosed as asthma, which has similar symptoms.

      @@CelestialTrailblazer I had a CT scan and the only thing it showed was hyperinflated lungs with no signs of abnormalities. The neck tightness comes and goes and kicks into high gear at night it.
      I forgot to mention I also have a large 12x15mm pineal gland cyst which came up on the MRI, it's said they are benign but can cause neurological problems if they get too big. I put off surgery because I need better insurance and life insurance before I do that and I want to be 1000% sure thats the problem before I get my skull cut open.

      @@Username4453 That's terrible. It's so scary that something can just completely ruin someone's life so quickly. I hope things get better for you. I have MVP (mitral valve prolapse), Mitral regurgitation, Mild tricuspid regurgitation, Chest pain, Shortness of breath, Palpitations, GERD, Intestinal Metaplasia of Gastric cardia, Positive for asthma based on the pulmonary function test. Even though the doctor denies or confused about me having any asthma. I also have multiple pulmonary lung nodules based on the Chest CT which is like a cherry on top lol. Too many problems that I can't simply ignore. And I'm only 27 years old. No one in their 20's should be having heart or lung issues but I guess I'm just not so lucky. My cardiologist and my neurologist thinks Anxiety disorder is the cause for all my symptoms even though I clearly have problems in both my heart and lungs. My breathing issue started last year end of April as I was carrying heavy Poland Spring water cases while wearing double masks due to fear of catching cov!d. If I remember correctly, I was labor breathing and then I accidently took a really hard deep breath because I was exhausted and was out of breath carrying those heavy water cases while wearing double masks and running back and forth between the car and the front porch of my home.
      From then on I started to notice I can't take deep satisfactory breaths. I started to develop this urge to take deep breath to satisfy my air hunger. It felt like only 10% of air going in my lungs and 90% getting blocked by something.
      The only time I could take that deep satisfying breath was when my body is ready to take it. For me what I've noticed was that I have to wait 1 minute or 40 seconds and then I can take that deep breath. Otherwise, no matter how hard I try before that timeframe, It feels like the air gets blocked midway and unable to fill in the lungs.

    One other reason which is not physical but worth mentioning is anxiety and panic attacks. I’ve experienced this many times in my life. Stress can bring it on at times for me as well. This all causes a vicious cycle because the anxiety causes the feeling that you aren’t breathing right then you become more anxious and stressed then breathing sensation continues to feel worse. Snowball effect.

    • @AngelGabrielB
      @AngelGabrielB 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      @@theaguilarfamily1236 Yep. After contracting Covid I woke up unable to breathe and barely walk, I stumbled to my bathroom and just sat with my back against the wall trying to catch my breath. Took like 10 minutes of intense breathing to catch it and during that 10 mins I pissed myself.. My lungs are fine now but sometimes my brain will convince itself that the same situation is happening and I will pee myself a little bit before just forcing myself to take giant breahts and filling my body with oxygen. Also meditation has helped a lot.

      Just be aware of doctors telling you its all anxiety causing symptoms. In the medical field, they are taught to blame everything on anxiety after they fail to discover the root problem. I've been suffering from all sorts of problems such as shortness of breath, abnormal high pulse rate from slight exertion, dizziness, chest pains etc. for almost a year. Everything was blamed on anxiety and the doctors didn't even bother trying to look for the source of anxiety until I personally had to look into things myself and had to do specific tests to attempt at trying discover the root problem. After I did my chest CT, I discovered that I have multiple pulmonary lung nodules. After I did Endoscopy, I discovered chronic gastritis, Intestinal Metaplasia at the GE junction, and H.Pylori bacteria in my stomach. After I did the 14 day Holter Monitor examination of my Heart rate I discovered anomalies. All of these results are giving me clues about the source of all my symptoms including anxiety. What've learned after visiting multiple doctors is that when they do an initial checkup and fail to discover the problem they blame it on anxiety and gives you anxiety meds. They generally don't care about further investigation. You essentially have to do the investigation yourself. Otherwise, you'll be left with bunch of toxic anxiety/depression meds to take that may or may not get rid of the problem or simply mask a few symptoms temporarily. For me those anxiety meds only made things worse. Especially, my shortness of breath. After, the result of my CT scan of my chest revealed that I have multiple pulmonary nodules, I began to connect the dots and realized that my problem isn't just anxiety or anxiety causing my symptoms but its the other way around. Now, I wished it was just anxiety but unfortunately I have more deadly disease to worry about. All I can say from my experience is that the doctors can misdiagnose you and they're not always correct in their initial diagnosis.

      @@CelestialTrailblazer bro if you're complaining about breathing issues they'll give you a chest ct just like that. Idk what 3rd world doctor you went to, but all of my anxiety symptoms have been looked into each and every time

    • @CelestialTrailblazer
      @CelestialTrailblazer 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@yungenvy436 Well, I live in NYC so the hospitals here are not up to the standards compared to the rest of the country. Also, the racism aspect is also a big factor in getting proper medical care here. When I first went to the ER first time complaining about my shortness of breath and abnormally high pulse rate of 150bpm, before even looking into my blood report or chest x-ray some random dude came in and told me its all anxiety and refused to listen to my side of the story. And then they simply sent me home. Later, when I went home and examined my blood report, I did see abnormal changes in my CPK levels, Neutrophils and Lymphocytes. Although, the chest x-ray didn't exactly show much abnormality other than mild hyperinflated lungs, I knew my lungs aren't working properly. So, I took the initiative and went to a pulmonologist and did a CT scan and discovered I have multiple pulmonary lung nodules. Then I did some research as to why these weren't detected from the chest x-ray. I discovered that chest x-rays can not detect a lot of things compared to a CT scan. I also did the pulmonary function test and discovered that I have almost half lung capacity.

      3 types. Thiamine hcl water soluable. Bentofine fat soluable but doesn't cross BBB. The best is ttfd allithiamine fat soluable crosses BBB. Study's show around 300mg a day of ttfd. Thiamine hcl you would need 10x as much so 1300mg.

    I have an off topic question regarding cod liver oil, i suffered from acne years ago and took accutane for about a year and half. Its been almost 3 years since so i was wondering is it safe for me to take cod liver oil because of the high amounts of vitamin?

    wondering how much sugar can affect this because of inflammation - man i need to change my diet - keep getting respiratory issues and am a singer for my livelihood - my dad had a rare form of copd that apparently is genetic and now I'm having re-occuring respiratory problems at 40 but do believe in divine healing too as a Christian so I'm doing my best to apply my faith and speak, think and believe for healing but I probably need to be responsible with what goes in my body too - my dad didn't smoke but he also didn't eat healthy and was often fatigued like me - gotta quit putting nesquick in my coffee/eating so many processed foods! :| Blessings and healing to all in every way possible!

    i solved my acidic ph air hunger problem by squeezing a whole lemon or lime in water on fasting days, then sipping a tall glass of another whole lemon over the day. For non-fasting days, i drink one lemon while i have liver/other proteins and it also prevents gout flareups. i swear by lemons/limes for the big quality of life increase. i was limping and couldnt really exercise without feeling 40 years older without them.

      I don’t know the answer to your question. Vitamin B1 helps a lot of illnesses. I’ve been taking it for a slight dizziness. I got dizzy when I got up too fast from a squat position. My blood doesn’t rise fast enough which causes me a a slight dizziness. Anyway I’ve been taking vit B1 for over a year now.
