This was a customer build so we don’t have it here to measure for you unfortunatley , but we can tell you that 35s with a -44 offset wheel will require a ton of trimming and even after all the trimming that can be done you will still have rub issues staying with this height lift . @gyfhj
Very nice. I'm picking up '24 Silverado ZR2 soon. Standard 275/70 R18's on it. Do you think I could fit 285/75 R17's without mods? The 17s would be .6" taller and .4" wider so not a huge change. Maybe just have to do mudflap delete or not even that? Planning on 17" wheels with 0 offset...
Thanks for watching ! The tire size you more than likely will be fine with a mud flap delete and maybe pulling the front inner fender well forward slightly or max turn, but the issue will come from the 0 offset wheel. While that is not a lot of offset , the width introduced by it in conjunction with the taller and slightly wider tire will cause the need for a very small level kit or more modification in the fender wells at max turn. These trucks have a ton of room to move plastic and inner fender wells with some modifications and it will make lots of turning room but they will need to be done with that setup if you do not increase ride height slightly . Also keep in mind all these trucks sit different from the factory we have seen some as close as 1” level measurements front to rear and some as much as 3” off level so it also is dependent on your exact ride height. Hopefully this helps. Let me know if you need anything further !
Looks good, but the tires are too small in terms of proportion for a full-size truck. I have a Colorado ZR2 on 35s & the Silverado needs 37s to balance with the vehicle’s sheer scale.
With minor modification 295s would be attainable without lift . This customer was after additional ground clearance as well as tire clearance so this is the direction we went. Thanks for watching !
@@davis_off_road6524Do you think the 2” peak level with 305/70/18 is achievable here? If it needs minor modification what cutting would need to be done?
Super nice truck and setup. Love the look and stands…..
Could you explain how you did the trim on that plastic lip in the back of the wheel well? Would an exacto knife cut that stuff?
Is this just a leveling kit? I think this is what I want to do. No lift, just leveling. I don't want rubbing but I want 35's.
Looks great I believe you're supposed to cut the lower bump stop for upper arms.
Great content my man.
Do the wheels have any wheel spacers?
How did the CV angle's look after you installed the kit? do you feel that the level would cause any issue's later?
It surely had some decent cv angles but no prolonged issues to speak of so far .
Could you tell me the measurement from the ground to the top of the wheel wells?

So this is 2.25 on top of the 2" factory?

Thanks for your reply. I’ll have to wait and see when I pick it up and go from there. I’ll keep you posted…🤙🏼

You’ll probably get 6mpg with 37s 😂
My understanding is you can fit 295 70 without the peak level.

Do you think I could run a true 35” tire with -44 offset wheels with this lift without major cutting?
You want to put -44 offset on a zr2?
I put on 35’s with 20 x 9 HD Pro wheels, -33 offset.
@@donaldvedner what did you do for suspension?
Stock suspension with a 2” level
Wish I could post a pic on here
