21:33 Thank you so much for telling people to do this. I can't count all the Bro Dozer pickups where I live that don't reaim their headlights. You are doing it right and me in my half car hooptie commuter thank you for that.
I washed your videos for a long time and I gotta say of all the guys on TH-cam making videos you take it to another level. With your illustrations and music you truly are living the American dream good for you and your family brother.
I've watched your videos for a while. I normally watch them after I finish assignments to decompress but your edits and personality are just perfect. You are bound to absolutely blow up soon
Good neighbors are a blessing! Was doing a projector retrofit in my 14 Sierra late Saturday night and the kit I bought screwed me out of the nylon M4 nuts I needed for the projector bracket. Within 5 minutes I had them hand-delivered from my awesome neighbor who had what I needed!
I did essentially the same set up last year on my 21 TB. My only difference is that I used the stock 18” TB wheels whit look surprisingly good with the 35s. I didn’t have any rubbing on the front of the fronts. I have lived with the same minor rubbing (at >3/4 lock) on that bracket. I always assumed that it was welded on. The next nice day I’m pulling the liners and removing those brackets Thanks for the great video. Sub earned!!
35s cleared on my 19 Silverado Z71 with just a level kit. No rubbing. May not work for an RST or something without the Z71 package. I think Z71 is a 1.5" lift over the base and you TB guys have a 2.5" lift with the 1" taller and 10mm wider tires, as my stock tires were 265/65R18s to your 275/65/R18s.
I'm going to be trying 35x12.5 tires on my 2019 Trail Boss midweek, by our calculations we may not have to modify because we're using Hub Centric 2-in wheel spacers. If that doesn't work, we will definitely be using your mod. I appreciate it!
As a former Silverado owner, 35s are massive. When I upgraded to a smaller vehicle, my question of the day is do I do 38s or 40s lol. These big trucks just can’t figure out wheel wells.
When doing rotational mass, the dead weight is roughly 130 pound difference. But It is actually heavier than that because rotational mass is harder to spin than sprung weight. It depends where you get your numbers from to get an exact number. I have seen 3 times as much, for every 1 pound is really 8, and i've also seen 4 times as much. So if you took 3 times as much, your truck is now spinning almost an extra 400 pounds. Opened my eyes when I saw my MPG get absolutely killed
Holy crap! That trail boss looks sic!! I have a 2021 deep cherry 6.2l trail boss and I installed the RC leds light bar and cold air inductions intake because of you!! Haha. Lovin it!!
Hi! I have a 2021 jet black 5.3L custom trail boss and I wanted to ask you about the RC LED light bar?? Would you recommend them?? Please and thank you :)
I have a stock 2021 trail Boss and the other day we were walking outta the Mexican restaurant and she looked at my truck from about 50 ft away and said what every man wants to hear from his girlfriend.. "you need bigger tires for your truck". I shall marry her now 🥰
I have a 2015 Silverado with 22x12’s and 37x13.50. I have a 8”bds lift, and I rubbed, so I got lift struts and now I’m at 10” lift and don’t rub at all.
Maybe some custom trail boss stickers to change from the red to the aqua blue?? Also your truck is looking amazing, I’ve enjoyed watching you transform it and can’t wait to see what else you have in store for it!
What are the pros and cons of buying a trail boss and lifting it versus buying a non-trail boss and lifting it to the same height (other than the chrome delete)?
What u think?! I’m going in Tuesday for my Ready lift level and 20x10 -19. Should I stuff 35s . Tyx for the video. Tire shop doesn’t think they’ll fit lol
bracket is fine to remove, for fender liner only, i removed mine on my 2019 trailboss nearly 18 months ago and its been fine since. i actually used the bolts from the bracket right through the liner to hold back the liner
Truck looks awesome the way you’re doing it. With those wheels and tires hanging out it going to throw crap all along the sides of the truck. Possibly put fender flares on it to look and protect better.
Hey Brandon, dope channel and truck! I am doing a similar mod on my 2020 1500 RST. Put a 2 inch leveling kit in the front. I plan on doing a bit of off-road for camping and fishing. Just wondering if I should go smaller than 35 to account for changes in terrain? Any advice based on your experience. Thanks!
Did you have to recalibrate the speedo? I just got a 2023 RST 6.2 silerado with 35s from ALC, but I have no idea if they calibrate the speedometer? Do you know if it's required, I'm sure it is.

Been following for almost a year I think I can say this is the best video you have! Let’s go Brandon!
Muchos Mahalos! Followed your technique and it worked perfect on 2022 Silverado with 3.5in lift and 295/60r20 Nitto Recons. No more rubbing!!
Been watching for over a year now, spread love not hate
Game changer. Looks awesome! You should convert the red tow hooks to the ocean blue!
Yessir!

That little flash of “ocean” looks fantastic!!
Wow that truck looks so sick now so nice
Nice truck! Watching your channel is the reason Lasfit bulbs for my 21 Silverado. Love them.
Just became a Trailboss owner myself like the build definitely subscribing.
Looks awesome!!! Paint the tow hooks with the color of the stripes on the upper control arms and the rims!!
It's in the plans!
TOTALLY AWSOME VIDEO & UPGRADES!!! THANKS FOR SHARING!!!! I LOVE MY TEXAS FAMILY!!!
Such a beautiful truck! I hope someday I get my Trail boss and turn it into something like this masterpiece
Love it!! Looks amazing! Just did the 1.75 ready lift on mine with new 20s and I did a 34.5 inch recon grappler!
Right on!
1.75" lift on front ? Using spacers only?
Thank you. I did this on my 22 trail boss. It has factory wheels 2 inch spacers and 35 inch tires. Works perfectly. Didn't even have to level it.
How’s the drive? With the 35s did you noticed any issues with the weight of them
Are the factory wheels 18" or 20"? I got a 23 LT Trailboss with the 20's and would like to throw 35's on it but Idk if they'll fit?
Very, very nice. I like it. Good lifting. Truck look like real Big Boss. Nice job.
I was a fan of the channel......today im a super fan and you have earned my subscription. Lets Go Brandon!

Did you use same tires? 35x12.5s? I'm thinking of doing that to mine

I think Z71 is a 1.5" lift over the base and you TB guys have a 2.5" lift with the 1" taller and 10mm wider tires, as my stock tires were 265/65R18s to your 275/65/R18s.
Why would it matter if the OEM tire was a 265 or a 275???
@@edleifer6719 because the 65 is s percentage of the width. It's 65% of 265-275mm. That's 6.5mm difference in height
I'm going to be trying 35x12.5 tires on my 2019 Trail Boss midweek, by our calculations we may not have to modify because we're using Hub Centric 2-in wheel spacers. If that doesn't work, we will definitely be using your mod. I appreciate it!
Looks good! Love the camera work too.
Lookin sick man just the perfect amount of poke on them wheels

That wheel and tire setup is killer 👍🏻
Appreciate it!
Thanks for the video, I deleted both brackets and have absolutely no tire rub forward, reverse, or up and down. Thank you.
I am shopping for new wheels and prior to this video I was sold on the Fuel Rebel wheels. After seeing this, I may go with these. Awesome video
Did this to my 24 trail boss. Thanks for the video. 💯🙌🏻

Love that truck! The tire/wheel combo is 🔥
Thumbs up just for the Let's Go Brandon!
Looking mean! I’m really digging that teal kicker color you chose. So many people do red or lime green. This is a welcome change for sure
Pretty cool I also have the 07 Silverado with the TrailBoss wheels, looks pretty nice 👍🏻
"Let's go Brandon!" Hell yeah! i love how you snuck that in! LOL That earned you a sub at Aloha Bro's.

Just another reason why I love your channel

🍒 brah
Let’s go Brandon! But in all honesty it’s about the smiles per gallon
Those wheels are soooooooo sick!
I may Barrow some of your mods.
I got a whole playlist you can borrow from 😁
Nice man! Awesome truck!!!!! 👍
What are the pros and cons of buying a trail boss and lifting it versus buying a non-trail boss and lifting it to the same height (other than the chrome delete)?
Well, trail boss and Z71 have 4-low and almost every other 4th gen 1500 doesn't. Annoys the hell out of me with my LT.
Great video. Amazing truck.
I just added the road active suspension and watching your videos make me think, the ready lift shouldn't be an issue on my '19 Chevy 1500 LT
Hell yeah! I've been waiting for this video.
What u think?! I’m going in Tuesday for my Ready lift level and 20x10 -19. Should I stuff 35s . Tyx for the video. Tire shop doesn’t think they’ll fit lol
How did you remove the front bracket for the wheel well liner, the one you cut straight across.
Let's go Brandon just earned you a sub!
Liked immediately after "let's go Brandon"
That "Blippi" thing is hilarious!
Great channel awesome cars too but wait till ya back that beast up my friend….
Have the exact same setup on my trail boss. Some rubbing in reverse uphill. Not a big deal but don’t be surprised if yours does too
Yep... that's the one spot. It'll go away... eventually 😁
Looks sweet, if you painted or powder coated your tow hooks and brake calipers that ocean color to match would look pretty sweet
I need to find a way to color match with powder coat... that would be a fun project.
Looks good. I need to do something similar to my 20 Trailboss...
LOGAN!!!!! LOGAN!!!! LOGAN LOGAN LOGAN WHOOOOOO
looks gnarly bro!!!
Already subscribed to your son's channel. Truck is looking Big Time Cool.
Right on!!
“LETS GO BRANDON” 🤙🏻
How difficult was it to remove that front support block that you cut in half?
Not hard at all. Just a few bolts
Thanks. I just put 24x12's with 37's on my trailboss with a 8" lift. It rubs on the front. This mod should fix it. Thanks again for your response.
Man I was waiting on this video
#LETSGOBRANDON! been a sub for a while now!
Truck looks fire bro🔥
Do you have any concerns of the Cv angles with that level? They reccomend not using 4wd auto function. Any input?
Check out the last few min of the video that launched last night. I show the CV angles up close.
On a 6” lift would you go with 22’s? I love the look but in much higher and due for new shoes soon
Nice looking Silverado
🤙🏽🤙🏽
bracket is fine to remove, for fender liner only, i removed mine on my 2019 trailboss nearly 18 months ago and its been fine since. i actually used the bolts from the bracket right through the liner to hold back the liner
That's actually pretty brilliant. Didn't think about that one!
Did you have to add any spacers to all for space for your brake calipers.
If I was to get 35” by 12.5’s with a -19 mm offset will that affect the amount of rubbing or will it be similar
If I may ask what type of self tapping screws did you use for securing the wheel liner to the steel section
Truck looks awesome the way you’re doing it. With those wheels and tires hanging out it going to throw crap all along the sides of the truck. Possibly put fender flares on it to look and protect better.
haha yeah... I need to figure out something. It's already a mess 😂
Hey Brandon, dope channel and truck! I am doing a similar mod on my 2020 1500 RST. Put a 2 inch leveling kit in the front. I plan on doing a bit of off-road for camping and fishing. No wheel spacers needed to prevent the inside of the tire making contact with the much larger RL upper control arms?
Did you have to use a spacer to clear the caliber?
My little guy is digging the "Aloha Bros" He just turned 3 and we're loving the monster trucks. When can you get their channel on TH-cam Kids?
As soon as I figure how to do it 😅
@@LonestarHawaiian Lol. Roger that brother. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. Look forward to the next videos. Let's go Brandon!
