Good neighbors are a blessing! Was doing a projector retrofit in my 14 Sierra late Saturday night and the kit I bought screwed me out of the nylon M4 nuts I needed for the projector bracket. Within 5 minutes I had them hand-delivered from my awesome neighbor who had what I needed!

Thank you. I did this on my 22 trail boss. It has factory wheels 2 inch spacers and 35 inch tires. Works perfectly. Didn't even have to level it.
How’s the drive? With the 35s did you noticed any issues with the weight of them
Are the factory wheels 18" or 20"? I got a 23 LT Trailboss with the 20's and would like to throw 35's on it but Idk if they'll fit?

I have a stock 2021 trail Boss and the other day we were walking outta the Mexican restaurant and she looked at my truck from about 50 ft away and said what every man wants to hear from his girlfriend.. "you need bigger tires for your truck". I shall marry her now 🥰
As a former Silverado owner, 35s are massive. When I upgraded to a smaller vehicle, my question of the day is do I do 38s or 40s lol. These big trucks just can’t figure out wheel wells.

When doing rotational mass, the dead weight is roughly 130 pound difference. But It is actually heavier than that because rotational mass is harder to spin than sprung weight. It depends where you get your numbers from to get an exact number. I have seen 3 times as much, for every 1 pound is really 8, and i've also seen 4 times as much. So if you took 3 times as much, your truck is now spinning almost an extra 400 pounds. Opened my eyes when I saw my MPG get absolutely killed

Truck looks awesome the way you’re doing it. With those wheels and tires hanging out it going to throw crap all along the sides of the truck. Possibly put fender flares on it to look and protect better.

What are the pros and cons of buying a trail boss and lifting it versus buying a non-trail boss and lifting it to the same height (other than the chrome delete)?
Well, trail boss and Z71 have 4-low and almost every other 4th gen 1500 doesn't. Annoys the hell out of me with my LT.
Your tow hooks would look great in the ocean blue, matching the rims and shocks. 👍🏼

That -33 offset must make a big difference. I have an RST/Z71 with a 4" lift. 35x12.5/20R with a 0 offset rubs at full lock, even after all the modifications in this video. Not a huge deal, just have to be mindful off it.
Did u have to have spacers on the hubs?
How’s the drive on the 35s ? Are they pretty heavy on the drive?

Ever thought of putting the new style tow mirrors on the truck? I think with the wider wheels and tires the bigger tow mirrors give it a wider and also more functional appearance. Also love the vids, Trucks looking great so far 👍
just an FYI those wider tow mirrors eliminate your truck being parked in a single car garage or any double or triple car garage with single garage doors.

I ordered the refreshed '22 Silverado LT (non-TB). Mine is Dark Ash color and plan to get your wheels! From what you read prior to making your wheel/tire choice, do you foresee more or less cutting/trimming required to run a 3" lift w/ a 33" tire? (yours is 4" w/ 35" tire)??? Even a best guess is fine! I'm just trying to do a tamer version of your build with a slightly less aggressive wheel and lift. Thank you

bracket is fine to remove, for fender liner only, i removed mine on my 2019 trailboss nearly 18 months ago and its been fine since. i actually used the bolts from the bracket right through the liner to hold back the liner

What was the exact lift/level you used. they have a few variants. Was this the one with the spacers? I currently have that one from Ready Lift, but im looking at getting some RC Vertex to replace the spacers and aid with the overall feel of the truck.

Great looking truck! Quick question on the wheels and rubbing. Do you think if you'd have gone with a less offset wheel that rubbing wouldn't be an issue? I am looking at possibly doing something similar and was thinking about a ZERO offset wheel.
What I'm really interested in is how the car is driving, handling it, and if there are any issues after fitting these bigger wheels?!!
30k miles so far on the lift and new tires. Couldn't be happier. Fuel efficiency is rough, but other than that, all good!

Quick question regarding this 2” sst lift. I am doing the exact same thing, but heard its not recommended to drive in Auto 4WD due to angle. It is recommended to drive in 4 HI or 4 LO. Have you ran into any issues driving in AUTO? If not, did you do something to alleviate the possible issue?
Did you make two small holes for those zip ties? And were those secured to the frame?
On a 6” lift would you go with 22’s? I love the look but in much higher and due for new shoes soon
