- Let’s go over all these Honda OEM Upgrade seats and Amazon seats for the Honda Rebel 1100. Which one is good? Which one just plain sucks?

Hello from Romania! Thank you for your interesting content! Unfortunately, there are only two viable options for Rebel 1100 seat. For those over 175 cm height - Corbin seat, combined with forward controls from Depretto or T-rex, for those under 175 cm height- Mustang seat. So far, there is no rival for these in the whole world. There is a company in Portugal that manufactures some seat, but they still have to improve the product. The OEM seat from Honda are garbage…you cannot ride more than 200 km without really pain in your tail bone… Those crap from Thailand an China are also a waste of money! I ve made these mistakes before…I finally bought a Corbin and I ride over 600 km without any problems. Those are not cheap, but you will still end up there, and what you have spent on the other seats is lost money…
Yea, I’m kind of testing them all out. I don’t like how the Corbin raises me up. Same with Mustang. I like a nice bent knee at a stand still. I’ll be honest, I’ll probably buy a gel pad. lol. Thanks for watching!
The new pillion seat looks nice, but you're right it does look different from the OEM "upgraded" seat. That thumbscrew idea is brilliant, if I ever get a rebel I will definitely be doing that.

On screen, the passenger seat looks like a matte finish but still looks good! And yes!! CHEEKY SEATS is the way to go!

Yeaj looks good bro. You could take that little back pad to a local Upholstery shop they could match the diamond stitch for cheap im sure.

I have a Mustang on my Rebel 500 and I agree with you, it is not that great. My ass starts hurting at abut the 45 min point. It is better than the OME but, not worth 400 bucks. I should of gone to an upholster and had the OEM redone adding some actual padding to it. Oh, and I have a gel cover on the Mustang also and even with that it sucks in my opinion.
Hopefully more seat options come out soon. I agree with you on everything you said. I’m working with Cheeky Seats to make a more comfortable seat using the OEM one. Stay tuned! 🤘🏼

Thanks! And the bags are stock OEM on his Rebel 1100. His model is the 1100T (Touring Edition) it comes from the factory with front headlight cowl (batwing) and saddle bags. My bike is the same bike minus all that. Thanks for watching!
