Skipping stone is a legendary longbow, its perk is that headshots while using it will bounce to a nearby target for around 50% damage. It works with your ultimate and its really good. I think you have to be playing hunter in order to get it though, which is why it took me so long to get it.

Half bow or long bow?
Its really up to preference, I prefer half bows, but I finally just rolled skipping stone, and its awesome.

If you do end up getting it, try getting draw speed on one of the stats, and helmet piercing ammo
Hunter is best dps by far with skipping stone
I still haven't rolled a skipping stone, but Its definitely my most wanted legendary
