Just a heads up, when you get your bow and want to get your skipping stone bow to 120, you will have to dismantle 5 Legendary ranged weapons! As one of the Mastery Challenges! And Their is no way around this! Trust me, I have tried everything, including the upload / download method. Luckily I had more bows then I can count! So I was able to proceed with the upgrading.
I made a quick list of Ranged legendary’s, you can dismantle. The Weightless Spirit: Ranged | Bow Forbidden Medicine: Ranged | Bomb Heavens Sting: Ranged | Blow Dart Stone Skipping Bow: Ranged | Bow
The bottle of liquid courage is legit the best legendary in the game. The only one that all 4 classed can greatly benefit from. Im running it on my Samurai right now.
I actually have a sick hunter build, with the hunter charm and bow providing faster drawback, and with eye of uchistune providing fire damage. Usually i would use the 50% body headshot technique but since my skipping stone bow has shield and helmet piercing ammo, i dont need it anymore, i just get headshots as long as i can visualize their heads, and my build is so op! Love your content btw :)

Reforge and try It maybe or go with what you feel like its good for your playstyle and you have fun
its what the top soloist and speedrunners use. but thats only for optimizing speedrun by like a couple seconds. for us mere mortals, we're more open to other options. i like that headshot damage idea

Maybe some alternate loadouts as well? Really love your content on this Game. I am normally a Hardcore Destiny 2 player but I am in this game every second playing everything and I am struggling finding a groove with all the new metas
i really do think your build is dependent on what activity you're doing. survival i'd go with smokes to control waves. rivals, you want all out offensive, so gourd. raid i'd go offensive as well, as theres a lot of ammo stations and healing drums
Still need foul or blessed arrows as my 2nd perk (currently using super armor) but man this build shreds I love getting resolve faster without having to use ranged resolve gain.
Wouldn't fire Master be better than resolve on charm and also status dmg on the 2nd perk in technique, your exploding arrow just takeout everything with 50% fire boost and that increased radius

Wouldn't a build that utilizes all the insane fire spread the hunter has be better? Your ultimate can set up to 6 enemies on fire (if you're using the skipping stone bow) which means you have a lot of DOT going on, so it'd make sense to use things that can boost fire damage even further so that the only enemies that may be left standing after an ult and explosive arrow combo would be the bigger oni
I suggest to put not the Hunter charm but a distance charm based on damage .. and i suggest to get lucky Perk ok your sticky bomb, once It proked 3 times forma Total of 4 bombs spammed.. on water katana Is Better "water master" perk. Aaaaaand i put ultimate damage on skipping Stone bow with headshot damage too, for the rest It s agreat build.. mine its only more aggressive and less fast, but if you have a good aim you can gain resolve much faster. ✌️Peace and thanks for the video man you are a good content creator. @@GooshyG oh if you have problems with health.. you can try out " heatl regen by 50" that One that gives you a buff and a nerf at the same time. Cause you can regen health while not fighting and while you fight It get half the regen, at First sight It seem useless but it actually do something good.

Nah i only run damage lol never used reload Speed i get the point, but for me personally when i play It... It feels almost useless .. Just aim faster and you good to go man
would you mind making a build for hunter with sugaru's sight as well? I have been grinding for skipping stone for quite a while now (Hunter is rank 72) and still no luck. Grinding hunter with a normal longbow is pretty painful as well but I feel like a good build with sugaru's sight would help. Thanks!
if you slot in ranged damage and oni damage on your stuff, and pick the technique that allows you to gain extra ammo for 1 resolve, foul/blessed arrows and helmet piercing ammo, it isn't too bad. Oh and munitions on smoke bomb. It's really ammo hungry

@@brendankelly8151 honestly totally worth a try. Foul is very important, since it's a shortbow, every damage counts in making your ammo as valuable as humanly possible, so probbaly replace blessed. And this might be a hot take, but I even take the extra legendary in place of ulti upgrade when i'm playing a sugaru hunter lol. Ulti is truly worthless without stone skipping

Man I’ve been running the hunter since legends released and I still can’t get the skipping stone bow🤦🏻♂️ I refuse to believe the drop rate is that low, am I missing something?
I grinded months for the bow. The dropping rate is low. You just have to keep grinding. I almost gave up when it finally dropped. A lot of people said "the latest when you are rank 60" and you know what? It dropped at 61 😂
Yeah the drop rate is very low bro. I currently have my Hunter on lvl 75 and I’ve only got 3. Bare in mind I’ve been playing the mode since it came out and I’ve played lots of raids with that class too.
@joshua It can take forever but based on my experience, it is very more likely to drop after a very good run with tons of headshots from yourself and your team. I advise you to focus your efforts on survival (preferably nm but gold is fine) with very good teammates and at least another very good hunter. With a perfect run + many headshots it should eventually drop!
This game just isn't fun anymore! What tf were sucker punch thinking adding the bottle of liquid courage? Every game of rivals is ultimate spam and unless you also do the same you have no chance of winning! Survival is a joke now, 1 hunter ult with SSB can take out an entire wave then use the bottle and do it again.....ugh, I miss when nightmare was actually a challenge
The double perk update really allows for a bunch of different builds and playstyles, and broaden the meta.

Just do all your activities with the hunter. Do yo ur weekly nightmare activities to get that guarantee legendary and then farm chapter 3 or rivals
