Another great sailaway spot, though not quiet, is the Sunset Bar.
Cruised on Reflection last year. Loved the Solarium. Also the hot tubs in the Solarium are larger than the ones at the main pool.
Glass blowing. Loved it

We were on the equinox a few years ago. It was our first Celebrity cruise. We have since sailed on Celebrity again, and are booked on the new Ascent. There was an old song, "Nobody Does It Better", and I think that fits Celebrity.

Thanks for your description of the shows and entertainment. We have only been on Edge class and I was thinking maybe the entertainment wouldn't be as good on the Equinox.
Great tips for the Equinox! Lewis (or is it Louis I forget the correct spelling), the cruise director, was phenomenal. My friends and I now say Equinox with an Ek sound rather than the long e sound as in Ek-Quin-ox because Lewis made it sound so cool with his British accent! The ship is definitely not designed to keep kids busy which was perfectly fine with me. I absolutely enjoyed the ship. Lewis and the entire staff were fantastic.

My wife and I are sailing on Celebrity Equinox Oct 14th 2023 for 8 days to the ABC Islands in a A-1 Aqua class cabin for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration.
Very excited to experience Celebrity for the first time.
We are also sailing Oceania and there newest ship Vista for 10 days to the Caribbean on December 30th for the first time as well.

Like to hear how it goes. So many videos and lots of different spins. We are going on the Equinox in March 2024 for 10 days in Southern Caribbean area. With the changes Celebrity made this year, and our first Celebrity cruise, would like to hear from someone who just went. Maybe Celebrity backtracked on some stuff.....

We are seniors in our 60's traveling together on the Equinox in July. 1st time on this ship. After watching videos of this ship I'm wondering about the dress code. Our last cruise was with Royal Carribbean and the dress code all over the ship was much more relaxed than this one seems to be. Excluding formal nights is it ok to wear summer , sleeveless tops and capris for women and t shirts and cargo shorts for men? Compfy casual is our preference.
The dress codes for each ship is available on the Celebrity website. If you want to wear shorts or sleeveless shirts or flip flops at night, just go to the buffet.
Our first Celebrity cruise was on Beyond. We're now set to sail on Equinox. I'm thinking we should have done Equinox first as Beyond sets the bar very high.
Hey Jason, I sail as a Solo. I know that Royal Caribbean charges for 2 people in a Cabin although I'm one person. QUESTION: Celebrity falls under the Royal Corporate brand. Does Celebrity "DOUBLE CHARGE." QUESTION²: I enjoy working out in the gym .... how was the gym?? Thanks in advance. Keep calm and CRUISE ON!!! 😎⛹️♀️🚴♂️🤸♂️
This is what I found - I know the Edge Class has a lot more solo cabins than their other ships - but I don't believe the Equinox has any, as far as solo cabins, I reached out to my TA to ask her but I haven't heard back, I can tell you the gym on the Equinox was really nice.....
Celebrity Beyond has 32 solo staterooms with an Infinite Veranda, as does the new Celebrity Ascent. Celebrity Apex features 24, while Celebrity Edge is home to 16 solo staterooms. Celebrity Silhouette will also have 4 inside single staterooms perfect for solo guests.
