Manufacturers should give interior shade (dark or light) as an option in all version.. Even if we can consider seat covers, nothing can be done to protect dashboards and door pads from dirt.

Hi Vivek. Why small diesel cars are refrained from giving torque converter transmission. Sadly we could see only in Sonet. Why Mahindra or Tata not opting for torque converter over AMT?
Well explained. I would like all so called SUV's to have ground clearance above 210 mm. Yes the handling balance will be compromised but I need very good ground clearance to clear most of the obstacles. Always would prefer stiffer suspension for stable handling, ride comfort only second priority. Would always prefer ventilated(cooled seats) on all Indian vehicles where the climate is extremely hot and humid. High time to get rid of AMT gearbox and bring torque converter and CVT on all vehicle models. Appreciate Mahindra for focusing on performance. I would suggest all Indian manufacturers to tie up with Japanese majors in the case of engine and drivetrain designing, performance, reliability and durability. It is very important.

Good presentation with fair amounts of technical details thrown in. I don't know what Mahindra was thinking when they decided on white interiors for a production car in India. I can't imagine what the interior will look like after a trip to the service centre. Our mechanics generally leave their dirty fingerprints all over the car..And what if you travel with kids and pets?

I own the old Xuv300 w8o diesel, that engine and suspension will make you fall in love with the vehicle, even though the design is a bit odd. 300nm pull is soo good. Low boot space is an another issue.
Please tell Mahindra that ..Basic Utility - like Driver seat height adjustment, remote lock, rear washer-wiper are not premium features, they should be given from BASE model

Personally, I feel the front end styling is good. I quite like it. Distinctive and charectorful is how I would put it. The grille portion kind of gives me mercedes small suv vibes.

Their quality control is bad. Car is good. I suggest you have someone else check everything is tightly screwed together after you get it.
And one more thing. Mahindra wont acknowledge its their fault and put it on the owner
