I have a Asus Netbook with a dead battery... Can only be used when plugged to power outlet. Can a Voltage Booster converter be used to run it via a Power Bank? The charger says 19V - 1.75 amps.

Sir, this module is only step down voltage, not for step up .. Cant be use for laptop charging ..
