Thank you Doctor for your informative video, I am a lawyer by profession. I am facing the same problem. Had tibia fibula compound fracture one month ago. The doctor settled it with rods & nails. I am continuing with prescribed medications and exercises like knee bending walking and squats with support. I hope soon I will be able to stand on my own feet.

I had only tibia fracture in my right leg.It was not because of any accident but from a attack by a man.He has beaten on my right leg continuosly with wicket like wooden object.No one who were witnessing at that time came forward to rescue me from that monster and are watching it like a movie.India is highly dangerous country to live.😢

Sir on february this year 2023 i went to join Pak army, first day i had to give physical test of ditch crossing then running, then pushups, situps, etc, but sir on starting in ditch crossing i passed it buy it was my fault that i landed on one foot, not with two feets, so i got fracture on my tibia, its been almost 6 months but whenever i do running of 2 kms, my fracture reopens, i have many times done x-rays, then i remembered this, what should i do at home? What should i eat? Can i never join army now? 😢? Can i never do training? Can i never run? Sir plz answer my all questions i will be thankful to you 😢❤
