I adore your wife...she is so authentic and I always look forward to her comments. Thanks for the review Steve. If you are developing a flavor I have no doubt that I will love it!
I love watching your wife because she is so real and the looks on her face show it all. Yeah, I'm a big Keto Chow user myself. When we unpacked ours it was this big pile on the table top. I haven't had a chance to try the Irish Cream yet because we gave away the box but because my husband is such a coffee fanatic he's ordered me to buy some for his coffee time. Great video
Eggnog is my favorite. It’s so full of sugar than when you get from the store and we have a local dairy that makes it and it’s absolutely the best. I just can’t deal with all the sugar. And it’s very disheartening
The pistachio makes GREAT ice cream. Thrown in a couple of tablespoons of salted pistachio nuts...one of my husbands favorite. I add 1/4 allulose and 1/4 cup cream to my mix.
Now days I'm not much of a coffee person but my mom always let my brother and I have an Irish coffee if it was something that was served guests, and I could go for an Irish coffee. It's been over 50 years since I had one and I can still remember how much I loved it. So that might be a flavor I'd like to try.
I don’t buy a lot of commercially prepared Keto products and I was VERY skeptical at the beginning. Keto Chow is worth every. single. penny….even for this 🇨🇦 ;). Finding our very own Neha at Switch Grocery Canada has been a real gift to finding Keto Chow in particular here. The two of you together on videos….adorable. ❤️
The more I watch your videos on Keto Chow, the more I want to try it. I am constantly on the go and this would be great to take with me in a shake. I am the only person in my family that follows Keto. Maybe I could convince my some of them to make that switch!
For Canadians, on SwitchGrocery, the markup to Canuck $ hurts. The single packs are 6.99$. However the larger packs are reasonable, and now I know they taste great. I like experimenting, one thing I will try, is the Pistachio, blend it with melted cacao butter, placed in moulds in the fridge, to make great tasting & nutritious fat bomb meal replacements. Modern version of Pemmican.
I like to use the savory soup mixes in recipes. They can emulsify the fats and keep the carbs way down in chili or taco meat mixtures, I can replace some or all of the tomatoes in recipes when I use the tomato basil or spicy taco soup bases.
Chicken in a Biscuit & Twigs are two Nabisco crackers I’ve been playing around in my head to make Keto versions. Would love to see you tackle these. Thanks for all your videos!
Love the savory chicken. Use as base for keto brocolli cheddar soup, Keto version of Olive Garden Toscano soup, and cheeseburger Soup. WORKS GREAT! And pistachio is sooooo good! I know you said flavor was mild but honestly, it's perfect for me. My favorite
Wait, what?!?! You’re developing a signature flavor?? 🥳💕 Try the Chicken Soup Base w/chicken stock (I Kirkland organic brand), Redmond’s season salt and butter 😋 My kids love it!
I am enjoying the Keto Chow soups. I bought a bunch of the chicken while it was on sale and add andouille smoked sausage, sauerkraut, and either cheddar or Swiss cheese to it. Today I made one for lunch with some diced rotisserie chicken, Redmond's Real Salt, black pepper, celery salt, ground ginger, turmeric, hot sauce, cayenne, and a tablespoon of butter. It was fabulous! I think they are a terrific instant soup base to use for Keto because the carbs in homemade soups can quickly add up. Love seeing your wife in the videos with you, Steve. I love Keto Chow shakes. I usually just make mine with 2-3 tablespoons of HWC and shake until it thickens. I love to add ice. Pistachio, Mocha, Caramel Macchiato, and Pumpkin Spice Caramel are my favorites. 😋
Awww, poor Terry! I applaud you for actually tasting the Irish Cream even when you do not like coffee. Steve, maybe you could come up with a spumoni or cherry flavor!
Hi Steve and Terri, I really enjoyed this video. I especially love it when your family joins in the fun. Having the opinions of persons that aren't keto is interesting and helpful! Please keep up the great work!
Steve another great review. Enjoy watching you and Terry do the review. We are traveling so won’t open or Keto Chow box until we get back home in December. I will probably not remember what was in the box by then. I was not a big fan of the savory flavors by themselves. Using to make other items, like the keto chow chicken soup drop biscuits. The Taco in the ground beef does need a little extra spice. Have a great rest of your week. Thank you.
I love the spicy Taco and use it often in our taco meat. I use the beef mix and add HWC and a little cream cheese along with mushrooms and it makes a great Cream of mushroom soup.
Great video Steve! I love when you include Terry on your channel. I love her genuine "uneasiness" on the camera. I would be the same way. Some are so comfortable in front of the camera and some just take a little more time. I still need to try the Chow. I didn't know they had a Club box. Thanks for sharing!
I use the soups in recipes and with additions, like adding the spicy taco to ground beef or when making Mexican meatloaf. Love seeing Terri in your videos!
Thanks for tasting them all. I prefer savory to sweet with everything so it’s good to have a review of those flavors, as well as ideas on what might be good to add. I am looking forward to your recipes with the Keto Chow.
Hopefully soon their Monthly club box will be available in Canada… buying them in single servings is unfortunately too expensive. The convenience and versatility are really appealing! That said if they come up with a Pina Colada flavour, that too expensive comment will be out the window in a heartbeat! BTW Teri is soooooo down to earth - a total sweetie and the way your face lights up when you look at her is adorable!
I enjoy the savory flavors of Keto Chow best by adding just a bit extra to them. I typically add a bit of seasoned salt, black pepper, and most importantly to me a bit of hot sauce. My hot sauce lately has been Truff Hotter but I'm almost out of it. Whatever you do, DON'T freeze up any of the savory soups and put it in the Creami. I made the creamy tomato basil into a Creami ice cream as a joke recently and that was a horrible mistake! (Chris Bair told me not to do it so naturally I had to do it.) It might have been better though if I had tried it on a hot summer day instead of the coldest day of the season yet in north central Illinois. It is good seeing Terry gaining her confidence on camera and she makes a great sidekick for you! I knew she would get better on camera once she got used to it more, the same thing happened with Courtney when she started appearing in more Serious Keto videos.
Love most of the flavours you and Terry do. Not wild over some of the newer ones like peach mango and peaches and cream. Looking forward to recipes I know you can develop.
As I typically “doctor” up most of what I fix, I don’t mind the idea of the soup bases at all. It allows for a wider variety to tweaking to individualize at will. Is the “spicy taco” very spicy? My gbabies love tacos/Mexican, but their young palates don’t tolerate heat well yet. Love Terry’s authentic input!
I love your reviews and Terry’s input as a non-keto tester!! Bought the Ninja Cremi (got it below $150 though at BB&B!) and now I’m subscribed to the chow club just because of the flavors in this months box! I finally made my first batch of Keto Chow ice cream in the Cremi - root beer float. Hubby loved it with Zevia creamy root beer. I thought it was a little salty but I may have grabbed salted butter when I mixed it up. Tonight we’re having strawberry kc with frozen diced strawberries mixed in. Hoping it isn’t as salty. 🥴
Hi Terri, glad to see you again! Thanks for giving your honest opinion as a nonketo person. Egg nog, yum. Do you have a keto egg nog recipe Steve? Thanks for the review.
I bought the raspberry cheesecake which I plan to use with softened cream cheese and add some “crumble” of dry sautéed almond flour, cinnamon, brown sugar swerve and then melted butter kind of in a dessert cup style. Thank you for all of the reviews. I bought a “sampling” of the flavors for my husband and me.
Thanks for sharing these taste testing! PS Just when I thought I couldn't enjoy your videos any more, you go and put on a GB Packers shirt! 🤣 #gopackgo.
I have the savory chicken. The first time I made it I just used butter for the fat and it was toooo salty. I have since used a sour cream and heavy cream blend for the fat and added my own chicken broth and chunks of chicken and cheese drizzled in. I really like it. Do you think you could use the beef base for chili?
You two are so good together. Hi Terry! I think this is the vid that will encourage me to try some of these products. I've been plateaued for over 8 mos. For what it's worth, I've never had a Keto Chow shake and still felt hungry. I feel satisfied after half a shaker bottle and feel full after an entire shaker bottle.
When's YOUR Keto Chow flavor coming out, Steve?😉 I think you'd come up with something delicious. I really like the 2krazyketos Caramel Macchiato... so I'm looking forward to trying the Irish Cream.
I plan to get my ingredient list to Chris at Keto Chow this week. Then it will probably take around 3 weeks for him to get everything to me. For there, it depends on how quickly I can dial in the formula and how long it takes to go into production. I'm pretty excited about it. The Bairs are wonderful people, both personally and professionally.
@@SeriousKeto How exciting! Sounds like it should happen early in the new year. Yay! Congrats on being chosen to make a flavor. With your palate, it's no wonder.

I love you two together. You make a great team! I especially like a non-keto eater’s perspective.
FYI- I’m with Terri, I don’t like coffee either.
Steve your wife is pure gold....we need her on more.
Joe & Rachel said if you mix the Irish Creme with heavy whipping cream, it is spot on for Baily's. Can't wait to try it!!
As a cup of broth, I love Spicy Taco. I also will use a serving to shake a coating on chicken wings when I want an easy light batter.
Great tip!
I loved the Snickerdoodle. It was like drinking a cookie.
You guys are such a nice couple. Enjoy Terry reviewing products.
