    You did well to even cook if you felt rubbish & nothing worse than cokking if you cant taste things, thats a nightmare !! I went off my meal plan today, had thingz wahted to use up so made a chilli, be some left for my husbands tea tomorrow night as well. So the meal i had planned for tonight will do in nex lt few days as have everything for it. What film did you go to see at the cinema ?

      Believe me, it was an effort! 😮‍💨 Chilli is yummy 😋 and I'd have done the same. I'd sooner go rogue from a meal plan and use up what's needed, rather than something go too far and go bad. You and I both hate food waste 😀 We went to see the new Ghostbusters film 🎥 it wasn't bad!

You are not the first person that has said they found the background music distracting, I did try to make sure to have it turned down, but I will re-evaluate it. Thank you again 😊

    1 SPOON OF TURMERIC IN A HOT BIG GLASS OF MILK 2 HOURS BEFORE BED TIME......

      My husband was advised by a lot of people to take turmeric capsules as it's meant to help joints as well! 😊

      @@Withinabudget yes them capsules are really good.
      Turmeric mixed in with hot cup of milk is the best before bed.
      This is the remedy is used all over India since decades.
