    A good tire should be the next mod. The tire spin is screwing up your launch. 4700rpm launch with a radial tire on the car and it should be 3.7 0-60 capable.

      @nycyabber7103 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      the way his car jumps makes me think it's a haldex issue instead of tires

  • @vroomgc
    @vroomgc 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I'd drop the rpm down to 3000 to help the wheel spin and get a TCU tune for quicker shifts. You may get a 3.8 out of it then. There are also some other cheaps mods you can do like the airbox fix and a Turbo inlet pipe. Those will also pick you up 5 - 10 horses

      Yes I still have it. It’s performance, tech, and quality is impressive for the price. Go for it! MK7.5! I’m still EQT stage 1 91octane ECU and EQT DSG tuned. Love it. If getting EQT DSG tune make sure to not select any of the Cobb options. Those suck, EQT all the way.

    Did you notice if the tune change the Audi long code you made months ago, as far as throttle response?

    • @netcruzer

      @@netcruzer Hello! I am in the montreal area, I have 2019 golf r mk7.5. it already has a stage 1+ unitronic ecu tune with a stage 1 dsg tune. The tune is amazing and completely changes the car, it is so much faster now. I bought an OBDEleven pro pack to have a scanner for it, but also because of all the control unit app changes that are available. I noticed it has an option to change your engine behaviour to audi mapping and also a throttle response upgrade app, these won't interfere with the unitronic tunes I already have? I wanted to apply these settings from the OBDeleven but hesitated because of the tunes I have. Do you think it is safe to?

    What's the difference between the Cobb launch control and the DSG's built in launch control? Did you try 0-60 with the Cobb one off? I was looking into Cobb for my tune because I have a manual, so no built in launch control.

    • @netcruzer
      @netcruzer  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you have Cobb launch you can’t use OEM launch anymore. It fully replaces it. The Cobb is more adjustable and builds boost during launch mode. OEM may actually perform better though and quicker off the brake. If you have manual, I’d suggest not launching as it will rip through your clutch quick. Get Cobb LC if you want cool 2 step noises during launch rev.

I’m on EQT Stage1 91 v2.01, the other stuff is options for launch control type, burbles options, manual trans flat foot options, DSG auto upshift options, etc. Choose what best suites your car and style.
