I'm really hoping fall of X doesn't mean the end of the krakoa. It's been a incredible reboot/new beginning for marvels mutants after so long being on the edges of extinction. SO PLEASE MARVEL DON'T LET THINGS GO BACK TO BEING THE WAY THEY WERE FOR THE LAST 60 YEARS.😣😔🙏

Yeah, exactly! I have a fear Fall of X might reboot (or should I say deboot) the X-Men and they'll go back to the old status quo again. Since time travel is such an important part of the Krakoan Age, my theory is that someone is gonna go back in time to when Moira met Charles and erase the idea of Krakoa from their heads so none of the events that's transpired over the last few years ever happened. The reason will probably be to prevent a worse future and save the world or something. Marvel is definitely well aware that X-Men fans love the Krakoan Age and don't want it to end, so let's cross our fingers and pray that they don't do what we are literally telling them NOT to do. 🤞🤞🙏😬
I hope Krakoa X Men doesn't end. It is such a cool, elevating and epic stories.
Same. Remember, The Krakoan Age was started by time travel, so all Marvel needs to do is use time travel to undo it all. Let's hope that doesn't happen. The X-Men are in a good place right now so there's no reason to go back to the way things were.
@Matthew Jarek it wasn't time travel. You can't go back in time to Mira Universe 3.
There's never been a reboot like the Hox/Pox x men reboot. A slice of the universe rebooted and all without changing the world around it.
If you put the X-Men back to the status quo of hiding out in the mansion with mutantkind being on the brink of extinction, I'm out.

I’m kinda worried that they’ll revert back to the traditional setting of the mansion, school, etc in the comics so that it will align with how they’ll do the X-men in the MCU. That would be so boring ☹️

That's what worries me the most ever since Hickman left the last thing I want is for the same old the X-Men in the Mansion, everyone hates us, another anti-mutant rally, Sentinels dropping bombs Magneto making it more difficult, so on and so on. I get not Everyone likes the mutant Island but I don't want to say goodbye to Krakoa, it feels like the best thing to happen to the X-Men in Forever

Are you actually going to let the writers tell long-form stories unmolested or force them to get caught up in whatever your next "mega crossover that will affect every corner of the Marvel Universe" where they have to navigate stories being told with the characters they're currently responsible for without any concern for those books?

The first issue of X-Men I read was Uncanny 98, return of the Sentinels. I traded comics with friends back then like sports cards, we carried them rolled up in our back pockets, (I can sense some of you cringing at that thought) but I didn't start collecting X-Men until issue 120, started using plastic bags around that time too, it was the first appearance of Alpha Flight, I'm Canadian and was stoked for a Canuck team, collected every issue of Alpha Flight and any X-Men spinoffs from New Mutants to Xcalibur. I liked Xcalibur, the original team, they reminded me of The Defenders in the 1970s, just fun stories that didn't take themselves too seriously.

Trying to imagine how they’ll bring the core mutants/X-men into the MCU.
It's very simple. Fox's contract of using same actors till 2025 will end in 2025 that is the same year avengers secret wars will be. So after a crossover they will reboot the universe probably.

I would love to have a return to the mansion for some characters and for Krakoa to continue. Sometimes similar to the Schism era but not quite as contentious. I think there's room for both iterations.

I dont trust any of the current writers to handle this X-men storyline. None of the writers involved are Hickman level writers and have bungled all previous X-men titles into sales oblivion.

After watching this interview. It's become crystal clear why the Xmen are so disjointed. The "creative teams" don't seem to have a reference as to what made the Xmen great. The young lady's 1st Xmen book she read was Spiderman and the Xmen. The guy's 1st Xmen book was Excalibur. Which can be identified as Xmen adjacent. No mention of Stan & Jack, Roy & Neal, Len & Dave, Chris & Dave , Chris & John. Those old creators, many started out as interns. So, they became intimately knowledgeable of these characters. These new "creators" , I think they come off the street. They interview well and then they're hired. SAD! No point of reference.
