Biffy are one of the best bands in the world. They aren't as recognised globally as they deserve to be. Once you open the biffy you door, you're hooked.
Saw them on Monday in Cardiff and they were brilliant! I also saw them at Download festival earlier this year, and thought they were much better in a smaller venue, were still really good at Download mind! Mon the Biff!!
Simon Neil is the lead singer of Biffy Clyro , a Scottish rock band ! If you liked this you should react to “ Many of Horror “ , “ God and Satan “ or “ Machines “ they are all great ballads !
@@Bradford659 ballad, anthem It's gentle, bittersweet and life affirming. That'll do 😅😅 When I saw them last month they closed with Machines . . . And after the pandemic and everything we've all gone through with lockdown To hear a couple of thousand people sing 'I've forgotten how good it could be to feel alive' and 'take the pieces and build them skywards' It was definitely a bit of a lighters in the air moment. (I'm not crying, you're crying 😅😅😅)
Biffy are one of the most talented bands arounds, Their earlier stuff is superb.. So many albums, so many great songs.. Absolutely amazing live.. And when they go for it, they go for it hard
My pleasure! 😋 ❤️ 😘 You may well have heard Biffy Clyro before. Just about their best known song is "Many Of Horror (When We Collide)". Simon Neil has also recently worked with another British band, While She Sleeps, on a track called "Nervous".
I'm a fan of Biffy clyro and I love all there stuff and in 2 days time will see them live in Glasgow which I'm buzzing for. If u like this song I think you should if u haven't already listen out for many of horror ,, it's another brilliant song I'm sure u will enjoy.
This song is a masterpiece! Biffy Clyro is such a great band. On top of great music they are such nice guys and love their fans. Check out the songs, Many of Horror and Machines.
I can’t agree that Simon sounds like a millennial singer. His influences are The Beach Boys, Nirvana, and some punk. I hear more of those in his voice…and the Scottish tones are the icing on the cake!!!
Absolutely beautiful song. Saw them 3 months ago and have a great video of the song. Didn’t know it until after the show. Will be posting it on my TH-cam channel soon concert monster 1126. Thank you for your comments about this incredible song recorded across the pond in Abbey Road Studio. Peace
You should definitely check out There’s No Such Thinf as a Jaggy Snake by Biffy Clyro just to see the kind of genre range they have. I think you’ll be very very surprised 😂great reaction
Okay big recommendation after seeing your reactions to this ( loving the Scottish representation 🏴 longtime biffy fan). Try Amber Run - Amen ( London contemporary voices). It is amazingly good! Thing you’d really love it!
I would love to hear your reaction to Yungblud and Halsey covering ‘I will follow you into the dark’… I think you would really dig it. th-cam.com/video/ZAYBCJGk07s/w-d-xo.html

The voice, the accent you are recognising and trying to place within him is where I should think most of your ancestors are from the UK or Scotland, he really does not sound like another early band his sound is unique and very precise of where he is from….love your reaction but plz stop being typical American and understand your accent is from very much ours across the pond ……..

Biffy Clyro are the pride of Scotland. They deserve to be playing stadiums around the world
We are all Ginger throughout that song.
I don’t care what anyone says, that is the most perfect song Simon has ever written. It’s beautiful.
Totally. It’s lyrically beautiful
I agree!! x

Different Kind of Love is good as well
Opposite aswell, I'd say. 👍
Don’t know if I’d classify Machines as a ballad

I hope you all have listened to more than just this song. If not try Mountains, Golden Rule, Christopher's River...
This is filmed in Abbey Road studios, and the piano, is the original one the Beatles used apparently.

So glad you loved it. For me (biased as im scottish) Biffy are a natural progression from Nirvana. Truly believe this. This band are scottish royalty.

What a joy to listen to. I LOVE the arrangement, his voice and the catchy melody. 😍
Gingers reaction to this is almost as good as the song itself.
Another Scottish band to try Del Amitri.
Justin Currie performing "Nothing Ever Happens" Acoustic at the BBC Songwriters Circle

Great choice PageMonster. That was so good.
Loved that. The voice reminded me a little bit of James Blunt.
@Valerie Perfect. Just about to go to bed now. Good night

Even if it was beautiful I got a bit irritated after the third "There is always a space in my har"....... harT.... add a damn T to it.
ps. back in civilization I am sorry to say..... so no more slacking with these sappy songs, I need to shape up your growl quota
Scottish accent. T's don't exist lol.
We don't pronounce Ts in Scotland, so to us we can hear it and it would sound unnatural if he pronounced it

@@AlSnoopsReid I'm from Glasgow. Words like beautiful, or heart for instance, we wouldn't pronounce the T. A word like 'instance' I would but
