Perfectly put, been a fan of paolo since 2010, the first time I heard this track I was in complete awe, phenomenal talent and powerful timeless anthem 🔥🔥🔥🏴
This extremely talented young man Paolo is so raw, authentic and touching because he has NOT sold his soul to the satanic mainstream music industry that everybody is so used to now. And because of that he has remained underrated all those years. Under his videos I never found a negative comment. Most people don't understand why he is so soul enchanting but naturally gravitate towards his music and person.
Paolo wrote iron sky the year Scotland had a referendum 2014. It's about the uk government putting fear into Scots to vote for their independence! "You,can have love over hate". "You, the people, have the power to make this life. Free and beautiful"!!

to watch you listen to Paolo Nutini for the first time was an absolute pleasure. His voice and artistry is unique, and thats something that is in short supply these days. He is phenomenal,
one of those rare live performances where everyone involved was at the top of their game. and yes, he sounds like a cross between Bob Marley and Sam Cooke. this performance never ceases to give me goosebumps.
I have never witnessed a performance that had such impeccable production values. Nothing went to excess, everything had its place; each time you registered a new part, it just felt right.
Guys you played that perfectly, you let the music flow without pausing. This is definitely not a live performance to stop and chat about like some reaction videos. I’ve honestly listened to Iron Sky thousands of times and watched this in the hundreds, I don’t think you’ll find a more on point and passionate performance anywhere else!!! Still amazes me that Paolo Nutini is still relatively unknown 🤷🏼♂️
This guy is amazing….one of the very few to sing with his Scottish accent it’s beautiful and sounds amazing..great reaction thank you 🙏. I loved your react to James blunt monster, so beautiful and authentic xx
If you haven't already try Gerry Cinnamon for Scottish accent and I always thought Emeli Sandé allowed her accent come out as well. Though you are right not enough do it. Sorry I bizarrely forgot Amy MacDonald who definitely uses her Scottish accent.

I was waiting for Mike to give me something here as he sat relatively blank for most of it, then the horns came in and he broke the smile I was hoping for. Yeah, that's Chicago all day long. As for that voice - WOW!!! And the song is just amazing as well.
I've been amazed for ages that he's not yet famous around the world. But with regard to this shit corona, this song actually gets a completely different meaning. I am excited to see what new things he will bring out soon 💃🥰❤️

Actually, he didn’t release anything in 7 years and kinda retired from the music business. Man, I’ve seen him several times, while touring for his first and second album. Just amazing. But he was super young when his music career took off and I think he was just done with touring all the time and well, what the music business brings along in general, I suppose… maybe the inspiration suffered or he just discovered other things in life along the way. I’m sure that the second that he’d feel like he had sth to say or misses the stage he’ll reconsider…until then, I hope he’s enjoying his life…
This song is a modern masterpiece. The video for One Day is something too. Also, if you want another singer that will make you guess wrong about the guy singing, particularly his age, try William Elliot Whitmore - Diggin' my grave, definitely a bit special.
A few more from Caustic Love worth a listen - Let Me Down Easy (w Bettye Lavette), Scream (Funk My Life Up) (video first, then live). Previous tracks - Candy, Better Man, Pencil Full of Lead.

The only Scottish guy that can scream "FREEEEEEDOM" and not make it sound a gag. Excellent work Paolo.
Apart from Mel McGibson
