If you lift weights to build muscle and find yourself in a hotel that only has a treadmil, skip it...go back to your room and do this for 20 minutes instead! I don't want to be THAT GUY because the dudes have helped me, inspired and taught me A LOT throughout their videos and i have nothing but respect and gratitud towards them. BUT excecution seems wrong by both of them at a glance the feet are not planted enough on the wall, they should be toes curled like in a normal push up and heel firmly against the wall so you can push off of it. And in the eccentric phase they are raising their hips way to high, they should be as low as posible si the spine stays as straight as posible, and the push up turns into a rocking sort of motion, a push from the legs pushes you into a push up positions and a push from the arm puts you into a modified childs pose position. Back and forth. Letting your hips raise too much essentially turns the movemen into a modified hindu push up like someone mentioned. This is a harder variation of the rocking push up so the movement line should be as close to back and forth as humanly posible, not a swayed C shaped kind of motion. Again i have nothing but respect for the dudes and the excercise was well explained, just a clarification. Thanks Dudes for your amazing work.💪
I have been doing this for sometime and hadn’t had any injury yet. This Mike Tyson push-up is a myth. He never came out and said he does this. In fact, there’s not a single video on YT saying or doing this exercise (you do get one guy who somewhat looks like Tyson but isn’t).
Stop crying boyo he was 58. You could be as tough as kratos but as soon as you hit over 50. Thats it. You're fighting days are over. And also it was a exhibition. Not a real fight. Mike did it for the money. No way that flamboyant donkey would beat the goat even if hes 50

I am an out of shape desk warrior and I was able to do three clean Mike Tyson push-ups.
Do you inhale when you straighten-up and fall into a "pushup down" position and exhale when you go back up?
