The Toyota lacks dual zone climate, more hard touch surfaces, a smallish center stack, a barely unusable rear seat. Reason the tailgate is heavier on the frontier is there is no aluminum. At high way speeds the hood will remain calm and not vibrate like the yota. Frontier also has hood struts whereas the yota no. Frontier's frame is solid with uniform strength. Yota thinned out the frame in areas (hello rust 2.0). Frontier has dedicated external radiator intercooler. Yota does not meaning they can overheat when under load. Frontier has frame mounted bump stops. Nope to yota with the cheesy internal ones with weak aluminum top hats that can blow up. 9 speed daimler benz on fronty no reported issues. 8 speed on yota can literally grenade. Always when I see these two side by side the Frontier is a much better package overall and the Nissan looks more expensive over the hard plastic yota. Only fault I see with the Nissan is the back up camera. They continue to use 360P resolution. Nissan really needs to update that.

All tell me, more in transit. Other dealers, via the web, all told me, they have a deposit on the one they have. For me, going with the Nissan is because SIMPLE is GOLDEN. I had enough with all the tech problems and recalls all others have. Simply, way too many problems, these days.

Toyota's have always been popular (we have two Ravs one new), but the Frontier "rings" a quality 10 year "runner" with little to no drama or risk purchasing one. I tried to like the Taco but it’s tiny inside. Additionally the way the Frontiers back seat folds up is great for dogs.

I like the 120 v plug in the back seat of the frontier and the 12 inch screen. My buy would be the 2025 frontier with the v6 engine. Why in the world would Tacoma switch from v6 to v4 turbo charge engine? Just stick to what people want !

Did he mention that the toyota's FAN knob for some reason is on the wrong side from the driver.

What happened to Nissan’s 4L v6 ? I don’t think I’d want to be trying the 3.8 Nissan, until they’ll have substantial amount of trucks with 300+k miles on the road.

you could of made the video extremely short by saying "one is affordable and the other will drain your entire life savings". If you match features that tacoma will be ALOT more.

No Replacement for Displacement, Frontier Wins. Leaf Springs much stronger then coils in the rear with Toyota.. Frontier has a nicer interior. I have a 2010 Tundra 5.7L v8, love it. I’ll never buy another Toyota truck, prices are ridiculous..They don’t build them like they use too, sad.

Why are these reviews comparing every single thing to the fourth gen Tacoma! The new gen Tacoma is garbage and cheap. The proof is in how many of the 24 Tacoma’s are sitting, collecting dust on the dealers lots.😳

I feel like the Tacoma has always been a little bit better than the frontier. But in 2025 it's time for the frontier to shine. I hope people switch to Nissan in droves.

I was at my local Toyota dealer having my 4Runner serviced and there were over 100 Tacomas sitting on the lot. No joke. I asked how sales were going and was told that Tacomas aren't moving at all. They're too expensive.

Somewhat comparable? The two models weren’t on par for a comparison review. You needed to have a Frontier Pro 4X for this to be viable.

I always go with nissan midsized truck/suv. Can't afford to pay toyoTAX because im cheap. Here in canada even used toyotax with high mileage and rust the asking price is 2-3x compare to honda or nissan.
