- It's time to send some cones flying once again! This time around we have the Tata Punch returning to our test. This time though it takes on its first real direct market rival, the Citroen C3.
Will Tata reign supreme or will the C3 manage a French win to help French fans forget the disappointment from the World cup 2nd place?
It promises to be a close battle. And to ensure things stayed as fair as possible both test cars have manual gearboxes and the Citroen is sporting its naturally aspirated 1.2-litre petrol engine, the lower powered of its two engine options.

Citroën should have got the automatic variant with better interiors and electronics, this would have really put the car atleast in same competion boat ( swift , i 10 ) etc .
Cant believe Citroën lost the ride quality test , they are famous for their suspension.
On both punch is 70+ kg more heavier hence braking distance increases but build quality and toughness is more in Punch. Extensive use of high strength steel,Hot stamp BIW structural pannels,Advanced restrain saftey components,Crash locking tongue for saftey occupants hence its punch a tough guy in it's segment.
Difference is 18kg, not 100

I wonder which of the two is sponsoring more. Suddenly all the channels are in the game of comparing the true blue "Micro-SUV" with the "hatchback with SUV cues"...
Recently GNCAP was also seen trying to defame the "#none_of_a_kind compact Urban SUV" to aid sales for either of these.
Citreon need Wiper, and Electric Orvm.i will wait for new update. If not then I will choose Tata's any car.
Breaking and cornering is most important in daily life. C3 is no brainer

Disappointed with the C3. It was touted by all reviewers as the one with the best ride quality, it should've been much better than the punch.
Citroen probably wanted C3 to be a yellow board car rather than a fully loaded family car
The Citroen actually rides really well for as a city car, and is better than the Punch in this regard. Like we said in the video, it's when the road gets really rough that the Punch manages to cope better. Also it's not a night and day difference between the two. They both are comfortable.
C3 did better than Punch in offroad water mug test done by cardekho.

C3 is definitley the best enthusiast car here. I love the c3. It needs a lot of attention. 🔥
How about availability and features? Citroën is a great car, so is punch, but French have a long way to go
We Indians are cautious buyers who buy cars on trust not in parameter like power, safety, looks and good looking. For us slightly less car but from a trusted brand who gives us comfort for long run will be the choice.

Cornering test is not a make or break for anyone. Think such comparisons are far from reality when it comes to actual car purchase decision.

Hey Sachinacharya, not sure if you're worried about our safety for 'pushing coffin' or if you think the videos are sponsored. Firstly, I'd like to point out that Safety ranks the highest when we shoot. We also clearly mention when any content on our channel is sponsored. And this test clearly wasn't sponsored and has results that are fairly black and white too.
