- Tata punch is one of the most interesting vehicles from Tata and is one of the safest cars in the segment.
At a price of under 10 lakh, it sounds like a good deal, also with the kind of features that it offers and the road presence that you get us definitely one of the best in the segment
A lot of people do not talk about the long-term issues faced with the Tata punch and today we are going to discuss and understand the same.
Tata punch offers excellent drivability with its 1.2 liters naturally aspirated engine with three cylinders. The talking point of the Tata is its fuel-efficiency the bs6 motor is smoother than ever and offers extremely good fuel efficiency which should work wonders for people who are using the car for a city commute.
Tata also offers custom packs for Tata punch so that users can go for better options even on the base model like sound system or music system this gives the customers a lot of options even if they are on a budget now that's a great move by Tata and you get to see this on the Tata Altroz as well.

Citreon is premium and feels better than punch and most almost all cars within the same price. Suspension is that of another segment. I am very with the one I purchased in dec 2022 and completed 22000 kms. Never faced any issue other than door rattling which got fixed in service. This seems a paid biased review.

C3 is far better in countless terms anyday than Punch. Cost vs value on offer, i guess you didnt took this into your consideration. Biased and unreliable. When you specifically highlighted in bold letters AVOID ❌, your review credibility lost on the same time.

I own this car since the last 4months. Driven it only on badly damaged roads due to monsoons and the suspension , engine , space in this car for the price bracket makes up for the other deficiencies mentioned in your vlog. The steering vibration is not much of an issue at all and so is the sound of the engine inside the car. Our roads are very noisy and any music system will kill this issue. Decent turning radius. So very manevourable. The first gear makes driving in the heavy traffic a bit easier, though the second gear is bit disappointing. The third is good again and the so also the higher ones. Upto 80kmph the car was stable but as you mentioned a spongy suspension, high ground clearance may lead to body roll in very sharp turns. Did not feel unstable at high speeds. Upto 85kmph no issues. Good city car and don't compare with Ignis. The latter is clearly an uncomfortable car for rear seat passengers. Just check out the wheelbase statistic.

Dude You can avoid because you can't own😂. This machine performs awesome. I drove 1268 km continuously max. Speed 126kmph with just 1 break of 1 hr. No issue not at all. Loved it❤

Hi Bro I purchased this car in 2023 and drove almost 9K Kms and never had problems with car. Most of the times I drove in highways and I never felt the body roll as you mentioned. And you will enjoy more when you are driving in highways because it has very peppy engine and good steering feedback. For a car you need better driving performance and comfort not features. If you are looking for one please give a try and choose. Don't go behind where the crowd is going

Honda Amaze is a good choice. I opted for C3 for 2 reasons in comparison. Mileage and ground clearance. Amaze has 4 stroke, better engine and it's CVT is good, but then mileage will drop in Indian city driving conditions.

I have driven both the cars.. punch has more body roll than c3.
C3 engine is way ahead of punch engine.
I drove 6k km so far and never had noise issue.. or the suspension issue on highway.
Punch definitely takes over c3 on features and tata build quality.
Drivability, looks ,suspension, finishing, comfort wheelbase c3 top ranks on everything.

Safety, you may count above swift. For reference, I own both Ignis and swift. Only negative is suspension is a little stiff. Even that adds to the fun element, when you are cutting curves at 70, 80 plus speed.
C3 aircross or Honda Elevate which one is better to buy with 12.5 lac budget?

The top end turbo shine now has many added features, it doesnt have that stick type mirror adjuster anymore as u say. There are people who have had problems in leh nd citroen assisted them!!.engine nd road noise is present even in elevate, kiger, magnite etc. The deal breaker for me is the slightly hard clutch nd that horrible instrument cluster. Other than that the c3 nd aircross both are absolutely brilliant cars 😍. Am planning to purchase it, but investing a bit more nd buying a base model honda elevate seems to be a wiser option. Ive heard they are giving 5yrs unlimited kms warranty nd an option of choosing another 5 yrs unlimited!!! Have u driven the elevate, what do u think of it??
Got my C3 shine turbo this Diwali,,, super satisfied.....yes lacks some features but got all you need.....turbo engine is a beast can eat any car in near segment raw.

Amaze - amazing but a sedan at last
Altroz - too low and low power
Kiger - high price for turbo
Needed power and a bit higher ground clearance as I travel to the mountains with family
I would say clutch is ok,,,, neither too hard nor too soft
But yeah might hurt your feet if your stuck for too long
Steering is cotton like soft
Infotainment screen is amazing.
If ur thinking of C3, go for shine turbo only
It gets tpms hill hold esp alloys and rear wiper defogger amd camera

@@sensocaredelhi2292 will decide between c3 nd base model elevate. Also, will drive kiger turbo cvt, as it's the cheapest option for fast cvt gearbox nd turbo with drive modes. Will try to get discount on it. Earlier they had a rxt o model with cvt which was discontinued, that was proper value for money.

Instead of Ignis, I'll recommend you a used 2017-2019 Grand i10 Asta (top) model or (if you want automatic) go with 2017-2019 Grand i10 Sportz which is driven less than 50,000 KM on odo. You will get most of the modern features like a 7 inch touch screen with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, parking camera, auto AC (only in Asta) etc. If you want new car then, base or 2nd base variant of any hatchback will be a good option.

I have seen 20 to 22 reviews but this looks very different than that. Eighter other 20 to 22 reviewers are hiding not sure about you. It is very contradictory than others. Cost cutting is evident but whatever has been used is of decent quality not cheap.

Citroen c3 is better and it's 8 lakhs car on road and not 10 lakhs, pls speak with respect to the price.

Totally disagree with you. I have driven C3 between Chennai and Bangalore many times. Max speed limit kept at 110-120. Got 22+ km pl as well. I didn't feel any constraints as you me mentioned. Sound can feel very high if the tyre pressure is lower than 32 psi, at those speeds. Also road whenevr it's not rubberised. Also I have driven abroad as well. I have never heard about unreliability about Citroen from my European colleagues. Many even keep their second car for spouse also a Citroen.
Nonsense punch is totally dirty plastic inside , dont compare the 2. You are surely paid by tata.
