Awesome video, thanks dude. Hexagon ceilings within a hexagon ceiling, like the mall was designed by sentient bees making a vintage shopping bee hive, damn. I love when the soda machine is so old that the sizes dont exist anymore, and when the parts are arent even available, thats when a mall is the real deal OG . i agree with Charleston pinball, eat those moldly gumballz, they are totally healthy! (Chernobyl style!) Your channel and Charleston Pinball both rock, laid back ASMR exploration awesomeness, thank you both
For the life of me I couldn't figure out what it was even referring to. The GNC? There was no branding on it at all. Maybe just another relic left over from decades prior
7:47 that Discover/Novus logo was used form 1985-1996. American Express used that design until just a few years ago, and I can't find a date for that specific Cards Welcome sign but it's also probably early-mid 90s judging from dates I found of similar designs. That is a real old storefront!
This place lives up to your channel name. It looks very vintage. Also, 20oz bottles of cola only started becoming more commonplace in the mid-late 90s. Growing up in the 80s, they weren't even plastic bottles. They were made of glass and came in 16oz sizes. Though in the 80s, 20oz was more a thing if you were going to be making a long drive for a vacation. Once the 90s came about, 20oz became more common, with 24-28oz bottles being labeled by Pepsi as "Big Slam", and 1L bottles as "Super Slam". Still remember being treated to a 20oz glass bottle of Pepsi on the way to Panama City Beach (and sometimes while at the condo we stayed at) as a kid.
Your videos are so chill, dude. It's always such a treat when you publish new work. Thanks!
This ceilings are just something else, art really. Great video

Nice video man! I have always loved this mall.
Did the mural have a huge part of it showing the car parts swap meet? 😂
Nice vintage space
I just discovered this channel, and I can't stop watching these!
thanks for watching!
The fans want to see you risk your teeth and health with a dead mall gumball! Give the fans what they want! 🍭
Sal sent me, good video.
When you walk into a mall and the sign says “new price drops”… you get ready to slide that credit card… but then you realize you’re in a dead mall! 😂

Those 16 oz glass bottles were the perfect serving size and perfect way to package soda. I really miss em.
