The guitarist is Taku Inoue, who composed 'Stellar Stellar', and the pianist is also a frequent collaborator. Together, they make up Midnight Grand Orchestra. I also recently learned that Suisei wrote the lyrics to 'Stellar Stellar', which makes it hit home even harder.
Its her story of how she wanted to take her success with her own hands. Which is also why she fought hard when applying on Vtuber agencies to not change her already indie-established "Hoshimachi Suisei" persona, because its been with her since the beginning.

Suisei has actually done many live 3D concerts AND she used to be a part of Inonaka Music before moving over to Hololive proper so playing with live musicians and being in a recording studio is something that she's quite accustomed to by this point. The fact that she just put out a banger live show recently AND is currently preparing for Hololive's 4th Fes on top of whatever prep was needed for these First Take shoots means that she's working incredibly hard at music right now and I just hope that she gets some time to rest afterwards.

Was finally able to debut in a sister company of hololive, got transferred some things happened along the way then we're now here. She got quite the Cinderella story but she's not, she's a star.

@@siekensou77 I only "know" the lyrics well enough because Kokoro Odoru was a song I used to play a lot on a game called Osu! Tatake! Ouendan! On the Nintendo DS. I don't know enough Japanese to tell you what was wrong. Just familiar enough with the song that if I'm listening for it, I can tell something was off.

Might be worth checking out her concert from yesterday. The crowd was insane, the first 3 songs were live streamed for free on her channel.
