Your videos always seem like you’re trying to hide your vanity and narcissism by having a self-improvement related audio run in the background. It feels like you just want to show off yourself and your life to people for validation. It’s linked with your desire to be a famous actor. I think you should do some therapy and/or psychedelics, yoga and meditation to investigate how the lack of sufficient love/validation your parents gave you especially your father, had an impact on your life goals. It sucks seeing you become “rajasic” like a typical social media influencer, you used to be more “sattvic” in your earlier videos.

Bruh. I nutted every day while still getting to triple digits, working 80 hours a week and hanging out with people. This no fap thing is a cult. The only thing it's good for is building up for a big load if you're trying to impress someone.

I saw your retention videos, and I've been on retention since then. A couple of days ago, I experienced my first ever wet dream. Felt extremely bad. I didn't know how to react. But I reflected on the past month. I felt I did something which I never thought I could do. Now it's unimaginable that I am not on retention. Although the changes are not magical and not fast, but there is something in retention that makes you feel in charge. Like Nikhil said, it's like building a dam on a river. I definitely feel that there are more powers within me that I can control, direct and use as I want. This belief has given me a different approach to everything. I wish I could express my feelings here, but this is the most I can do by using words. Just do it to feel it. Trust me, If you are reading this, it means you are going through something that only retention can fix. And Nikhil, my friend.!! Definitely, Greatness is coming. ❤

Listened to this while running. I don’t practice retention, but the “productive violence” point really struck home for me. In my version of events, I have a task list, and each evening I sit down and write my task list for the next day. And if even 1 item of the task list is not completed by the time I go to sleep, I gotta do the Sha-Sha, the Shaving of Shame.
This is the thing that gets me going cause I love how my beard looks on me, and having a baby face doesn’t suit me at all, which yeets my self-esteem down the drain.
I have no clue how I came up with this, but it works, somehow ahah

When asked about celibacy and brahmacharya, the great sage Sri Ramana Maharshi succinctly responded by pointing out "brahmacharya mean's 'living in Brahman'. It has no connection with celibacy as commonly understood. A real Brahmachari is one who lives in Brahman and finds bliss in Brahman, which is the same as the Self. Why, then, should he look for other sources of happiness? In fact, it is emergence from the Self that is the cause of all misery."
The reason celibacy was taught in the traditions (before it degraded into a form of rigidity and neurosis) was because we as people are constantly trying to grasp externally for happiness. Like the mind that grasps after sensory objects of any kind to cling to for survival happiness, so to with other sense organs. Celibacy was simply a way of sitting and training oneself to not seek bliss outside of ourselves and to relax that very powerful impulse and drive and allow that energy to relax into itself.

i wasnt super active on youtube for 6 months and im watching mr sinbad over here. Dude has transformed. You walk the talk, therefore I believe you.
Interesting video - BUT isn't this quest of acquiring skills 'costly'?

Riding a motorbike without gear is a death sentence. Great advice on retention though

hahaha I also took up tennis and then abruptly stopped and took up skydiving. When you finish your A license and then are bored of doing zoo jumps around jump number 50-75, I highly recommend getting a tunnel coach and doing 10-20 mins per week ontop of jumping. This will drastically improve your skills in the sky.

For me stopping watching any kind of pornography or nudity comes first. Once you are clear from its hold, then the retention part becomes easier. So stop simping.

I'm on day 36, had a night fall on day 32 and lost all motivation to continue. I have been on strict no PMO. But not sure to continue as I'm worried about nightfall

your next goal should be stopping lustful thoughts and tendencies during your wakeful hours in order to prevent nocturnal emissions

      @shivammadeafilm ปีที่แล้ว +2

Dude, same here. But think this. For 32 days you were in control. One nightfall doesn't mean you lost the war. Next goal is to reach further. You are definitely not back to zero. You are further towards greatness than when you started.

"There is a reality under what we can see and touch, and a truth to the world that only few know.
These rooms, these boxes we occupy-they aren't made of hard walls and concrete...
    They're made of energy
and the man with a sufficient reserve of energy within himself
can walk through these walls and bend the world to his will."

I am going through the absolute worst time of my life. Lost my kids (unjustly), had to leave my job, just got out of a relationship, and much more. All happened within a 2 month period. Im going to go to SR to literally save my life at this point. Wish me luck. Im going to start a business, move within a year, workout again, start cold showers again, and try to better myself. SR will be my starting point to gain momentum.
