I have been a long-time subscriber of your channel. I have been struggling with TH-cam for the past 3 years, and this is now my second TH-cam channel. I have just filled out the 1-2-1 mentor form, even if I don't qualify for your program. Can I receive 20 minutes of your guidance? Hopefully, I will be able to earn your mentorship in the future.
Taking care of your body , skin , hair...Will never be superficial, actually is part of self love , determination and commitment to a part of You that is actually the begging to get the rest of the things coming
5 years ago I had panic attacks everyday. I went to the gym and got shredded. Bought new clothes. My self esteem went through the roof. I let myself go a few months ago and my body doesn't look so good. But I know I'm doing alright because I'm focusing on other hobbies like card magic and memorization skills. Been following you for years, you're still inspiring me Captain.
I'm personally in Nikhil's program and I can tell you hands down it is the single BEST thing I've done for my TH-cam channel. I can't say enough good things about his program. My latest videos have been 1000% better because of Nikhil.
Dude, bravo. I always thought you had a strong sense of identity but now you're REALLY coming into your own. It was easy to identify the content creators that inspired your style before but now it's completely your thing. And just the way in which you speak now. The passion. It's unreal. No disrespect to your past videos, but watching these makes it feel like something was MISSING before. Whatever it might've been, you've got it now. Authenticity is something that's hard to come by in the productivity/self-help space these days, but this channel has so much of it. Big props to the entire Captain Sinbad team. Don't keep us waiting on the film too long!
This is so true. In college, I used to have this acquaintance, she was always put together. Hair makeup, but very lightly not like full on makeup, she showed up and looked great. Which wasn’t common in my class bc we all rolled out of bed. It was magnetic, we’d look and listen to her. Inspired to be put together like that. Then when I started working that was what I did, made a goal and an effort to look put together and it made me felt great and people took me seriously (obv for my work as well). I think it depends on where you are in life for the never being at home tip. For those who are “young “ starting i their careers or schools, definitely should be out there enjoying your life, networking and being “exposed”, life brings you unexpected happiness. I’m married with kids so I’m kind of lazy to go to events dinners and be out and about so at this stage being home is peaceful. I was out and about earlier in my career which made a lot of sense. Once you’ve past that career “peak” it’s ok to relax and stay home imo. When you’re trying to make something happen, yes definitely get outside bc nothing happens at home 😂. I only go out to get coffee and food now. The occasional lunched with friends are nice and never disappoint either. Great video!
The intros of your last 3 videos were so so awesome. The cinematography skills were just too good. I almost literally watch them every single day. Keep em coming that way.
It's tough to get outside when you are grinding grinding. Today we woke up early (took a lil mushroom micro naimsayin?!) and went to the beach for a few hours. It was lovely.. Then we came back and started editing but I went to go look up Che Guevera b-roll and now here I am smiling because Captain Sinbad let's me know that I'm a spicy boi. Gracias Captain 🥲
Captains Sinbad, You are a true inspiration. I have seen your evolution from two years ago now you’re ripped, rich, got a nice bad ass haircut. Your confidence is through the roof. I am inspired.
Bro, the point about faith is SO true. The world has become so cynical, negative and snarky. Everyone is pessimistic about everything, with the attitude that they'll put in the work/do the thing when they get proof it'll be worth it. When you take the opposite approach and do everything with faith, it's crazy the way you attract like minded, high vibration people to you. I can honestly say that this has been one of the single biggest levers I've ever pulled in my career.
Spicy boi ? It gets better when we are able to convey what's in our mind in a manner that is fun , feels rewarding and doesn't feel like a task , but an amazing activity. But it takes some initial efforts for sure. My man, Nikhil , you have surpassed those days , and this video feels like a call for us to jump towards the second, more rewarding trail as well! Yes man, even I have managed to break the crust in the workout trail, and in my exams of higher education on the pipeline. There have been hiccups for sure. But I am ready to crush them. Now I can see myself as a spicy boi hehehe - I mean I feel handsome now and fit, though more effort is needed, and for studies, there had been setbacks earlier but I was holding on them for a long time. I used to doubt me. But no more, slowly I am catching up, and I would catch up fast! I am taking the leap ❤ Much love and respect, Nikhil !
Watched this at 3AM, And thought that it's a waste to watch a Captain Sinbad video while sitting, and I just picked up my dumbbell and worked out for 30m. It seems to easy when you're already halfway through your workout, But starting it seems intimidating. I thought that it's finally time to use the 3am feels to my advantage and do the most of my time instead of wallowing in useless deliberation.
I agree with all of these. It’s so nice to hear someone else verbalizing the noticeable changes and habits I’ve been incorporating and I can’t wait to hear back from you guys about the coaching for my podcast! Thank you. Have a great day 😊❤️💯
Huge wakeup call on going outside more. I've been staying at home way too much particularly with remote work I've felt I've rarely had the need to leave the house. Definitely feel my social skills and life experiences have taken a huge hit. Awesome video man, looking forward to bringing my remote work outside more
Was about to type that it’s one of your best videos and caught myself realizing that I think like that ever so often with basically all of your work. Man, you’re the best. Love you and everything you do! Stay glorious, Cap! Wish you all the best with sky diving. 🙌🏽🔥💜
One of the best stories was “With The Old Breed” by E.B. Sledge. He was a Marine who was born into wealth and enlisted during WW2. But it just shows the horrors of war, the struggle and strength of men during the worst conditions, and it helps reflect inward. His story was shared in The Pacific on HBO
As someone who is increasinhly skeptical of self-help, I have been 7-8 minutes seeing your video, and I agree that health is an essential part of having a great life. In fact, I would go even further and say that spending time outside home can potentially change your life. The few times I did it (either seeing a cute girl on a Small meetup and being expressive in that small group), or going to small gigs from heavy metal bands, it was insane. ❤ ❤

Might not sound like a compliment to nikhil but I promise it is Earlier in the year when I tuned back into his videos there were a few things about how he was looking that just wasn't put together. In his podcasts he talked as if a bit more lost. But here we are halfway thru the year and my man is glowing. Putting in the work in a way that we can see and feel inspired by
Yeager, an autobiography by General Chuck Yeager is my favorite book. I've read it three times. He was a fighter pilot and test pilot. He might have been the first person to see space, he was flying so high.
I get you don’t mean malice and you are focused on your goals (which is normal) However the gym should be a place where everyone should be able to go and improve themselves. It sounds strange to me that seeing an old or not in shape person is so negative that it will affect your workout. A lot of people are actually afraid to go to the gym because they are scared of being judged similar to how you are mentioning it in your video. Again I get that you probably mean “If you want to be a Navy Seal train with people that have the chance of becoming Navy Seals” Before you discard people so quickly I want to ask you this: What if the person that has the power to hire you to film a commercial for a big brand is out of shape and not stylish? I am from Bulgaria. We have the following saying: They welcome you by your clothes, they bid you fare well by your mind. Some people have a lot going on past the superficial. Some millionaires and influential people have a superficial filter. They drive regular cars and have regular clothes. Food for thought. I will still continue to watch your videos Nikhil.
Love the video, true with the coffeeshops, lately I been on starbucks(you could think ohh an overprice stuff) but you can make a lot of work there specially if you work from home and want a different view | atmosphere to get thinks done
Wheres the bike spots and hangouts minnesota man?...im in manitoba canada thats only a couple hours away thinking about rolling through. . Awesome vid. Most of your videos are. i'm always stuck between enjoying being alone and enjoying cool peoples company. I think I'm and extraverted intravert but my old friends say I'm not 😂.
if your really healthy, your really attractive, simple, listen to this man! And also captain, can you tell everyone about grounding with your feet, boss.
Yeah man, getting lean has given me the biggest boost in self confidence, people fucking notice (trust me) .. Smashing out some big old fancy words like Russel Brand in this video or you've been eating dictionaries ;)
Anyone looking for a good biography? The Wright Brothers. It's a story of trial and error, risk taking, and humility. Are you confident enough in your work to risk a plane crash?
Would love to make good content like this and restart my journey of film, comedy and acting. Currently in Munich finishing up on my Masters in Finance.
Underrated way of keeping your face clean is by washing your pillowcase every 2-3 days. It holds the oils of your face and sleeping in that continuously is tragic
Hi Nikhil! Not trying to sound nitpicky, but I noticed you're riding your motorcycle without gloves. As a fellow motorcyclist, I highly recommend you get some gloves with palm sliders. If you fall, they will save your hands! I know from personal experience. Love your videos and your bikes -- be safe out there!
Hey man just a small thing: at 3:54 it should be "every day" with the space between. "Everyday" is an adjective to describe something that happens all the time, like an everyday occurrence. I love what you're identifying here. The process of evolution from observing, mimicking, synthesizing, to original and unique creation.
“Just take care of yourself.” Best general advice I’ve ever gotten.

I think 1 quality video per week is a goal you should shoot for.

Underrated way of keeping your face clean is by washing your pillowcase every 2-3 days. It holds the oils of your face and sleeping in that continuously is tragic
That's the push I needed to go work outside instead of being at home all day thank you Nikhil that was a great vid
