I love watching sams vids. I obviously know that I can't achieve that naturally but he's still an inspiration and he does show a lot of good movements and gives tips on how to optimize them

Also don’t forget that he does a lot of tricep work as well since they actually take up more of your arms mass than biceps do, so if you want bigger arms work your triceps and biceps equally
I train triceps more than biceps for 1 this reason and 2 you use your triceps more as well in like actual workplace lifting.
And biceps also gets work done with rows etc
And he dose several different cycles. Don't forget this is key😊

1) he does not have a routine he just does what he feels like for the muscle group but he does have a structure like for chest heavy presses then flys
2) his volume is not insane even some naturals Ik do more then him since he does like 7 sets

Every arm day, I switch it up between seated dumbbell curls, preacher curls, easy bar cable curls, standing barbell curls, and rope curls, pick one and do it until failure for my biceps exercise. I do around 50 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training every gym sesh.
I will say this you can perfect the heavy swing dumbbell curls by swinging and squeezing high top developing the high peak we are all different but this I believe is the biggest understated lift great job love your content

@shadysorkin9214 6 months isnt enough to gain 18 inches of muscle. i have a little fat around my arms and i have 18 1/2 with a pump and I've been going to gym for a year. keep up the consistency and stay hard 💪

don't do this much volume with high intensity we don't have roids for muscle recovery, 2-3 high intensity sets are enough for a small muscle group like biceps

What do you guys think about rest days? Do you think they’re required for getting bigger? I think a full 8 hours rest, making sure you’re eating, maybe a cold shower or the hot tub is enough to help you recover to just keep going. Also protein powder & creatine helping you recover.
