I completely get what you mean about loving cables for the arms. I have a home gym and use bands, and almost every single bicep and tricep exercise feels better on my joints with the bands than dumbbells and barbells. Like, I hate doing standing dumbbell overhead extensions because it just hurts in my elbow, but with bands? No problem. And you can do mechanical drop sets by getting closer to the point where the bands are attached.
Put my EZ-bar through the band and I literally have a cable machine for less than a hundred bucks

Chris Bumstead teaching how to get big biceps? Then why does he have underdeveloped biceps and skinny forearms? He needs to ask Ramon Dino's bicep and forearms routine...😂😂😂

Chris, I would hardly say biceps are your lagging body part...Wow...Yours I would say are monumental in roundness. Unlike most people's genetics. Thank you for the proper instruction. Will use next session.

Excellent video! Can't wait to try these out right after Thanksgiving. Your biceps are huge, so you obviously know what you're talking about! Thanks!
