Threw my back out last week and this felt so good after a week of not moving much and not being able to do my normal exercises. This was a great first introduction getting back into some movement. I also love your descriptions with your videos, its really helpful knowing why I'm doing what I'm doing and what's going on in my body while I'm doing it.

I'm not sure what you mean by lifting only as far as my hip doesn't roll back
Keep your hips stacked one on top of the other without letting the top one roll back
