Thank you Tomas for organizing this event and please bring Rupert back. Also interested in people that can talk about Kashmir Shaivism or Mystic Christianity (the direct teachings of Jesus) as well as Richard Rohr and Wald Wassermann. Hopefully you can invite those people too. As far as the satsang. It is indeed a misconception that the world is an illusion or maya as advaita vedanta or ACIM states. How can anything be an illusion or unreal when there is only the real; when all this is Self? No. That cannot be possible. What is possible is that Self in its deep seated desire not to be by itself (see also Genesis 2:18) veils itself as manifoldness for companionship aka love. The true meaning of the word Maya means Love; not illusion by the way. See the correct Nepali definition.

I particularly like the part where Mr. Spira tells of just trying it for 24 hours. And then extend the "experiment" if you like the result you got from the 24 hr. test.

That is actually very true. I would never be able to write it like you (each person has a different style) but what you write is accurate.

All is real. We figured that out in the 60's. The unreality is---was---real.
    Very good.

Very correct. That's where advaita vedanta and a course in miracles get its wrong by stating that all this is an illusion. It is but it is not. There is indeed only the real (one self). But.... it is not good to be alone. Genesis 2:18. Hence the gospel of love. If we were to understand Kashmir Shaivism (or have an in depth knowledge of physics or cosmology) we find that these realizations overlap with the teachings of Jesus to love each other. Also. Contemporary society wants us to believe that science is based on empirical evidence which is a self-imposed limitation. True science is jnana.
