That looked really lovely,beetroot,and goat cheese is a perfect combination,good with arugula too.I was interested to see the texture of your quiche,and it looked very good,here we use a lot more liquid to egg,normally half a cup (4 ozs) to each egg,so your quiche here would have required 3 cups of liquid.Cheese,and broccoli is a favorite of mine,I like it as a topping for baked potatoes,and on pizza,blanched broccoli eaten with a dip is very good tooI am going to try your recipe,thank you.😊
I'm guessing you're American (could be wrong) but arugula here in UK is called rocket. Actually bored with it being served with everything as a nice crisp bit of lettuce is better.

When I was young about 3 million years ago I subscribed to Robert Carrier’s recipe books, they were beautiful, all hardback with the most amazing recipes in them. The first thing I cooked from them was a quiche Lorraine and it was amazing, I’ve been a massive fan every since and this broccoli and cheese is one of my faves. It looks so good!! Sadly when my parents passed away I sold the house and completely forgot that all the Robert Carrier books were in the loft ☹

Quiche got me my O Grade pass and a go to all year round. There is no comparison between homemade and shop brought. Not only do you ensure enough depth in pastry by not cutting excess off in my house it is definitely Chefs privilege as someone has to taste cooked pastry 😋

Cut your avocado in half skin it cracked in an egg ineach half pop In the oven until egg is cooked to your liking . Delicious warm avocado and egg I love it with lots of pepper and Brown bread

Looks fab but goats cheese my big hate but would do it with mozzarella. Lovely fab food you do loved allotment soup my mum used to do italian style soup with addition of tinned tom but was one fave family meal.xx
