Wait why does the seed crystal suddenly turn into a tower? Is it being pulled up or is the crystal naturally growing that way (seems unlikely)?
It's being pulled up out of the liquid by the rod it's attached to.
How many days or hours need for the molten poly silicon will become silicon crystal?
