    It’s so weird for me sometimes to even know what gratitude or love feels like. Those are not feelings I grew up with, so sometimes when I say thank you I have to find that feeling really hard and sometimes it feels like I’m faking it and it sucks because I want it to be a genuine thank you. Or who knows maybe I am feeling it, but I am unsure .

      I found it hard to "feel" gratitude too before I learned how to do it whenever I wanted to. First, let it be okay you struggle with it. Second, come up with ten memories where you remember feeling grateful. Do this in one sitting and your mind might not be able to pull up more than one or two at first, be patient and gently ask it to dig deeper into memories you've forgotten. Usually by the fourth or fifth memory the feeling will appear. :) You can use this list idea with any feeling.

    FINALLY someone said it! It's very unhealthy and toxic to be cut off from your emotions and deny them, and in no way it helps in manifesting your desires, on the contrary. I swear, you and Joseph are the best here.

    Totally manifested this again. ;) I was like omg I really need Amy just a few hours ago. I've been having a really tough time, with basically this exact situation. I'm not grateful for with my "home" and I'm manifesting a way out.

    I find the smallest of things can bring forth the greatest forms of gratitude for example im thankful for having clean water, eating food daily, having a house with a.c , a comfy warm bed and having internet and wifi , i often found that people see these things as very common in their lifes, so they often forget to show gratitude for them since they are so attached to thier major manifestations and thus keep focusing on manifesting what they want instead of seeing how blessed some of us truly are , even more when you realize that not all people in this world have the same blessings so always give thanks to god/universe for the littlest things you have in your life

    I recognized myself in that kind of thought " you see I was happy and nothing happened" haha that's so hard to be happy just for the sake of it. I'm always looking forward to my manifestation ..

    Amy, wonderful video as always. You said on one of your videos (my favorite one) that one can manifest ANYTHING. Really, ANYTHING. Well, the thing is, I am in a current situation in which everything points out that there is no way I'm gonna get what I want. With a scenario like this, it gets really hard for me to believe in the LOA. I always find myself afraid of believing in something that doesn't exist, that isn't real. Even if the scenario is completely negative, can I really get what I want?

      You don't have to believe in the LOA to get what you want, it works for people who don't believe at all, because it's the natural way life works. Allow yourself to be afraid you won't get what you want, that's okay. It's resisting that fear that becomes an issue. I have one question: Is it possible that the Universe might be sending signals showing that my desire is on its way? I know that I should not even worry about that (circumstances), but I would like to know if that's possible, if that might be a way of the Universe showing that I'm on the right direction, or something.

    After reading your reply to my comment yesterday, I've been using this technique today whenever I got a negative thought pop into my mind. I have to say this helps tremendously! After accepting those thoughts, I not only found myself in a relieved state, but I found the negative thoughts leaving much quicker.

    Yes. Started living in manifestation mode during the pandemic. Miserable. Finally said eff it. This doesn’t work. I’m not going to get any of this. I’m not doing this anymore. Two years! Then little things started happening….I do feel a little better. We will see. But I did want to tell the manifesting world. Then Amy did it for me cause I wouldn’t look that good on video. TY.

    So I spent over an hour this morning writing all the negative I feel how about I feel about my finances how bad I feel about being so alone. Now I'm just crying so I'm hoping that's a sign that I'm going through it instead of around it

    Amy i love u , everything she said is so true and she is the only one who says this , others always say to look after positive but denying the negative will create more problems so accept having negative feelings be honest then u will go in a relax mood which is a perfect mood to start feeling positive .

    this is very helpful for those going through depression, and those who've gone through trauma. I learned this a long time ago when I was really struggling, I found that denying my emotions and feelings caused me to have bi-polar symptoms, as soon as I started accepting myself and the pain, I became more calm and started healing... also at times, when I really needed or wanted something, for me if I didn't make a big deal about it and kept it inside, it wouldnt happen but once I released my emotions and anger, I got the help... I take inspired action even if it means letting that negative emotion be out in the open, once I release it, I usually feel better than the help comes. If you don't let people know about something, you might suffer more because, no one knows what you're going through.. so the help may be around you but you don't even know because of not speaking about it with others... the people in our lives are there for a reason, each one of us has wisdom and something we can share with each other...I'm not saying depend on others, I'm saying don't keep it all inside, take inspired action... because dreams can be fulfilled because the people around you and who you're attracting even if you're in a negative emotional state... eventually you'll get all the things you need in order to manifest bigger and better things.... because life may heal you, you just first have to accept yourself and the pain you feel, be ok with it while also believing in positive outcomes for yourself.
    I also use the thought of babies and how they cry and are usually crying for there needs as a way to accept myself and when I am crying internally or externally because when babies cry, they still get the love and attention they need to be healthy... it's natural to want to cry when we find ourselves helpless or unable to do something and we must accept that because it's natural... when someone is really frustrated and doesn't know what to do, a breakdown may occur and it's important to let it out, that's how people are able to see and step in... for example what if the person was autistic or even just a normal person... they're trying to do everything right and still feel hurt because where they are in life... they cant seem to get further... if they don't cry or breakdown, they stay in their situation, if they do, someone pays attention and can see exactly what help they need... everyone is in different stages in life... we just become more conscious and more experienced with life and we become better manifestors through learning from it.

    This is next-level stuff and it honestly doesn't negative the other stuff in LOA. I've just been getting into this side of it - the whole "letting things be" or "allowing whatever emotion you have"... this is really helpful at this juncture, as I HAVE been feeling really good alignment, but then sometimes I'm just "meh" or lost or stressed and sad for no real reason, and I'd been in a position of "well, do I try to make my energy go up to align?" but then I've been seeing this, and Dylan James who says let the emotions flow and be there and accept where you are... and honestly I've noticed that it's just sorta been working itself out. I love it. Keep covering this side of things, I think this has been super overshadowed in the spiritual community preaching this "you have to be happy ALL THE TIME".

    Hi Amy,I was wondering your intake on manifesting more than one thing at a time. Most loa teachers say it's best to choose the thing that you want the most and start with that. but I was thinking if we manifest all of our life experiences by default all the time,why wouldn't we be able to manifest more than one thing at a time deliberately?

      You can manifest more than one thing at a time deliberately. It's totally possible, however, if you require deeper belief work and releasing resistance then it's often easier to focus on one or two things at a time to really shift the vibration. It's more about having a limited amount of conscious focus to devote to it than what's possible overall.

      illuminatingjoy ok thank you so much ! I've been getting really into journaling lately but some times I'm really not into journaling about the same topic so I don't feel like it would be as powerful. For example sometimes I feel a really high vibration to to write about my relationship when it's already going pretty good right now. I feel like it could only get better. But other times I feel comfortable writing about my financial life. Or just smaller things that I would like but are still important. So basically it's all comes back to how I feel right? So I could still manifest the smaller things while going for the bigger things as long as I don't feel resistance.

    Often I not only can't feel the feeling but I actually feel guilty or even anxious (like scared of losing what I'm trying to feel grateful for or whatever) and I have a great life. Or at least compared to some people's lives.

    Omg! I’m so glad I looked closer at this channel. It has been recommended to me a few times. I honestly thought that this channels’ name was “Illuminati”-something.., which I guess it technically is! 🤣🤣...
    Obviously, I totally misread that. Anywho, I prefer older channels because there have been an uptick in LOA or “New Age” content, which is fine but I see a lot of insincere ppl who just give me bad vibes!
    I like to listen to ppl like yourself. Not necessarily for advice because I’ve been doing this for a long time, but sometimes I need reminded of the basics! I love having the “duh” moments!! Thank you!

    "WHEN YOU CAN'T FEEL GRATITUDE, PRACTICE!" That is the way your title first showed up on the new video notification and I immediately thought : "WOW! How profound! It does take a lot of practice❗...... The things we have to be grateful for are never really missing! The problem is that there are so many things to be grateful for that we can not possibly hold them all in our mind - certainly not all the time. It takes practice to recall them and bring them to the forefront of our mind and our present thought. But we should practice this a little every day for optimal results. For instance, how often do we actually think about being truly grateful for the country we live in or the sun that is always there to provide life to the flowers and trees and light to us. There are simply too many things to keep on our mind at all times, but we can practice doing it more and more every day!.........But, yes, you are definitely right that we should not "beat ourselves up" if we do not feel grateful or think that we have some inherent flaw or that we are the only ones unable to continually find our way to gratitude every hour. We all have to practice remembering to be grateful and cherishing this attitude regularly.

    Hey thank you so much for making these videos and helping everyone here!
    I was wondering about a couple of things after watching some videos. You seem to impress the importance of having a healthy relationship with resistance. However, I don't fully understand what it means to accept it. Cauz some days when I feel sad about something, I tend to stay in a rut unless I re-direct my mind elsewhere. Hope you can help me out!

    This is really great right now, Thank you! I too have had those moments where I feel happy for a long time and nothing happens, but I know it's hidden resistance. It's a great idea to address the resistance and do it in a constructive way, like journaling and forgiving oneself.

      But you should know that it is happening. It just does not always show up immediately. But it will definitely show up in the long run. Your long-term health and all else that concerns you is always effected by the thoughts and attitude of mind that you maintain regularly over a period of time...........And that "hidden resistance" will gradually be displaced as you regularly maintain your attitude and state of mind on a daily basis.

    Hello Amy! I really like how you look at the LOA. I've got a question: Many times in my life I used a strategy to get things faster when I notice I'm struggling to manifest something... I usually accept it's not gonna happen because it makes me relieve resistance. But lately I have a situation which I feel it's possible and at the same time it's so hard and I'm struggling so much that I've started to think it's not gonna happen to relieve my resistance. How can it be possible to think that it's possible and yet detach? I'm just curious about it....

      Love it and don't need it. Think of something you love with all your heart right now and how you don't "need" anything from it. That's the type of feeling you can reach for with what you are manifesting and includes believing it's possible while at the same time as detaching from outcomes.

      All self acceptance is, is really being okay with yourself exactly as you are. I use the "it's okay" technique for that most of the time. "It's okay that I'm upset, it's okay that things aren't going the way I want, it's okay I'm struggling..." etc. If I find a forgiveness technique I like, I'll link it, I don't have one off the top of my head to share just yet.
