This is how I lost 80 pounds. As I was walking through the store... I would pick up something I thought looked good. Let's say oreos. I closed my eyes and visualized tasting what the oreos tasted like. I got the taste and feeling of eating the oreos and I was able to put them back on the shelf and not purchase them.
Step 1. Clarify your desire, Focus on it & imagine you have it with specifics, no believing necessary. Step 2. Visualize: relate to it as "OMG, I got EXACTLY what I wanted".. connect with consciousness of you that has it EXACTLY how you wanted it Step 3. Resistance/hang ups: "is it possible?"... "I can get what I want, regardless" of the thought or feeling OR acceptance of thoughts & feelings, let them pass & then they shouldn't both you anymore Step 4. Detach: I want it, I'd love to have it, but I don't NEED it.
i’m not even kidding I haven’t had a chocolate chip cookie in a month and I got home today to my mom having baked choc. chip cookies and they were warm.
Manifestation success story. Woke up this morning feeling like crap totally given up on manifesting my SP. Watched this video (and a few overs of yours) Visualised my SP really happy to kiss me and love me and talk to me. He's been avoiding me for 2 weeks. The visualisation helped me release resistance and I felt better. So this afternoon he suddenly texted me. I visualised him calling me... and he did to ask me to catch up with him when we get out of self isolation, he told me he missed me and showed me in compliments. Bit of a miracle.

I literally let go of wanting to find my sp one evening (bc I was sick of the feeling - wanted to feel free and happy just for me, just for the sake of being happy) And I met him that night. Thought he was cute, he came over and now we‘re in a relationship since 4 months. He is LITERALLY everything I wanted in a partner.
I was literally thinking about this. I was just saying I have to construct a scene that would imply that I got what I wanted. I manifested an iPhone. Now I just need my apartment.
Put it in a planner Convince yourself you don’t need it. It took a year because, my phone literally died off the charger. I couldn’t help but focus on getting a new one because my phone wasn’t functional and I really need it. So I kept forcing and focusing on wanting a new phone. I was obsessed. Trying to find ways to earn the money to buy the phone. I actually earned it but didn’t spend on the phone lol. Because again I actually needed a new phone. But not really. It’s not a NEED. I can survive without a working phone because I was. So anyway. I have an iPad than can do everything my phone can do so when I figured that out I started to detach from my iPhone. Practicing gratitude for my iPad. Then the government announced they’re giving stimulus, and I qualified. So I used my stimulus to buy my new phone. Which is another story, because something possessed me to do my own taxes this year. Instead of my mom claiming me. If I had let her claim me I wouldn’t have gotten it. Looking back I see the bridge of incidents. So to summarize. Do what amy says. Convince yourself YOU DONT NEED IT. You really don’t need an iPhone. People existed without cellphones. There use to be only home phones. You existed without one for 3 months and you didn’t die. It might have been uncomfortable and you might not have liked it but you didn’t need it to survive. So get to a point where you convinced yourself that you don’t need a new iPhone. And it will come. Like amy said just because you say it, or convince yourself you don’t need it, it doesn’t block it. In fact thats what makes it come to you.
Well, what can I say. This worked for me. I followed your steps while I was on the way to work last Monday, just to see if it works. Today I did end up getting a warm chocolate chip cookie because my coworker was baking at work. I'm shocked.
I recommend going to a manifestation music video and commenting that people should add it into their manifestation. I did this with the Australia fires, lots of people joined in and it worked. I haven’t tried with coronavirus as I think it’s kind to nature that humans take a break from their chaotic actions that reeks havoc on it. I know...controversial.
the Fing pandemic is just a lie; never existed; just because they say that it does exist, doesn't mean that it does; the virus does but what they are passing it like(pandemic), doesn't, lol. I used to think visualizing was a way of trying to force things toward you but now I understand that it's just a way to connect to the version of you that already has it, not trying to focus on just the physical aspect of the desire. Thank you for the help!
A few days ago I manifested warm chocolate chip cookies just by listening to you describing it in this video. My mind visualised it automatically and I forgot about it later. The next day, I went to a cafe which I had never been before and the owner gifted me a box of chocolate chip cookies before I walked out from the cafe. I was so surprised when I remembered this video!

Hi all and Amy, I just manifested my favorite corn snack 😂 I did the same steps, especially the imagination with the senses and really feeling it. Everything that happened hours ago was exactly how I imagined it - how I acted and pointed at it in disbelief when I saw it on the food stand (and I got exactly the large size that I imagined, not the smaller one!) up to the manner of ripping the package open now and enjoying the food. I felt that I was living a scripted & staged movie scene 😂 blessings to everyone, happy manifesting
what i like to do regarding detachment is thinking well, a month ago i didnt have this specific thing im manifesting rn and my life was still okay, i survived It, therefore i really dont need It to survive lol ive had so many amazing experiences in my life while not having these things im manifesting, so theres no actual NEED. hope it helps you guys :)
Amy, yesterday at my company's holiday party there were warm chocolate chip cookies, straight from the oven. The one I had was still warm even after being out for a while. Maybe it was because I watched this video a few times, I really don't know, but it happened. What's funny is that at the time I thought, hmm, that's an odd dessert to have but I love cookies so okay! It didn't click until this morning that in some sense I got what I wanted. Also there was a super amazing rainbow in Los Angeles this week, in the sky for over half an hour and taking up the entire sky... it was almost otherworldly. I've been allowing resistance and it has been tough emotionally, but I've been reminded to detach and I am SO ready to let go and fully take care of myself in a way that benefits my surroundings and work towards what I'm passionate about, even if that is putting away laundry, lol. There is a pretty big manifestation I intend to achieve and to do that means letting it go. Thank you for this video, I appreciate you! ✨
1. Clarify what you want with an imaginal act. 2. Relate to the act in the moment as having what you want NOW (e.g., omg, I got exactly what I wanted)! 3. Ask yourself if you believe it's possible to get exactly what you want. 4. Remove any resistance: a). Remind yourself you can have the negative thought/feeling and still get your desire b). Fully accept the doubt/fear and sit with it until it runs out 5. Detach by saying you don't *need* to get exactly what you want (e.g., it's ok, whatever). *This made more sense to me as five steps. Just writing for my reference.
Things have clicked for me today. I knew I was supposed to release resistance and I do that but my problem has been giving up and feeling powerless when it hasn’t come yet. I say yet bc it is always going to come. Sometimes we give up right before it shows up. Today I have manifested what I considered to be impossible by persisting in focusing on my desire and releasing resistance as it comes. I tell myself my desire is still coming and nothing is going to stop it. And it came. Amy’s right when she says you can feel resistance and lack of belief and still see results.
I'm going to try this for my giant manifestation. It is a huge one, where I don't know the "how" of it but I know that feeling of it and who it involves. Fingers crossed. Thank you, Amy.
I will admit I've been VERY skeptical about manifestation and stuff like that but I decided to mess around and I came across this video and decided to try it and a week after I followed these steps I got what I wanted, at least part of it. The speakers in my car are very funky, the front speakers almost never work (in the 3 years I've owned the vehicle the front speakers have worked a grand total of two times) and I just haven't gotten around to getting them fixed. Anyways, I decided to try and manifest all the speakers to work and at first nothing happened which I expected but then I remembered I had to try and detach and didn't think about it. A week later I got into my car to go to work and what do you know, ALL the speakers decided to work and I was honestly blown away. This happened 2 days in a row and it's been a bit funky since i.e the back speakers being the only ones to work but I wasn't expecting it to work at all to be honest so I'm quite happy and in shock this even happened at all. I just followed the steps and told myself it could happen, like you mentioned in the video. This was longer than intended but thank you Amy, you're turning a skeptic into a believer. Maybe I'll try to be specific and hope for them to work on a consistent basis :)
Congrats on your success so far! 😁Manifesting can take some getting the hang of so keep at it, you’ll be amazed by what else you can do! ✨ To get it to stick, use a visualization like this...Imagine it’s Halloween (or some other holiday/birthday) this year and you’re in your car and you realize you cannot remember the last time your speakers had trouble because they’ve been working so perfectly for awhile now! In fact, you totally forgot they even had trouble in the past until this moment. And say “thank you!” in your visualization to establish gratitude for them working. 💕

Hey Amy! I realized you don't have many videos on Step 2 working on belief it could happen. I'm aware on using our How's, however I would love to see a video elaborating on building belief. I love all your videos. Thank you Amy! 😄
That's because there is no reason to build that belief! :) I can make a video explaining that, but belief in its possibility is enough. Even the Bible says you only need faith (belief in the unseen) the size of a tiny mustard seed. It does not say, "go get more belief." On the flip side, when dealing with limiting beliefs, I do that in step 3 of releasing resistance, not in step 2. And whenever you answer "no, I don't believe it's possible that it can happen" in step 2 then that's actually a limiting belief that can be dealt with in Step 3. You don't need to change that belief, just release resistance around it.
@@illuminatingjoy Yes please; it would be great if you could make a video about belief and its role in the manifesting process. So am I right in assuming that the only purpose of you having Step 2 in your process is just to identify (and only to identify) what your beliefs are surrounding the topic/subject that you're trying to manifest and leave them as they are? Because in Step 3 that's where you address any limiting ideas or beliefs that you've previously identified in Step 2. Thanks Amy!
AMY hi! I think I FINALLY get what you were talking about for years but I could never figure it out. You always used to say our manifestation will come when we don't "need" it... I hated it when you would say this but I think you were right. I focused on the feeling of "having my desire" so much that I noticed myself actually feeling pretty good and happy even though I don't actually have the thing I wanted. I felt like, hey I feel so amazing just day dreaming about this I don't really feel that painful longing/void I usually feel. Then I noticed whenever I would get into these "zones" or state of mind, SUDDENLY my manifestation would start to appear in little ways, little signs... and quickly... I think the whole state of wanting and desiring and longing is the main TRICK that trips people up when they are trying to manifest something that is important to them they keep feeling that angst inside wondering when is it going to be here...... and that state of mind just blocks it.
Just yesterday it dawned on me that I should share my amazing manifesting story. Now I've been using Amy's techniques for maybe 2-3 years now manifesting free coffee and gift cards. Just nice small things to prove manifesting works to myself. This story begins in Augush of 2019 while I'm moving cross country with my husband and kid. While we stopped to visit my brother our family cat of 6 years pushed out a window screen and ran away. We were heart broken, we looked for him as long as we could but had to get back on the road to return our uhual on time. I trying as hard as I could to manifest finding him before we left. But what I did manifest that day was holding a neighbors cat who looks similar calling him by my cats name. But I didn't give up hope. Often times we'd think about our kitty missing him and I'd do Amy's 4 steps. The neighborhood he ran away from heard about it and kept looking for our cat, days weeks and months after we left. Then it finally happen after I was resigned that I thought he was eaten by coyotes. We got the call that someone found him. After 215 of my cat being lost, I manifested him being with us in our new home, where I could pet him on my lap.
@@krisiam Yep! At 209 days he was found, but the mountain pass was closed so we didn't get him home until 215. I still call him a big ol jerk for running off and scaring us

Abraham Hicks in one of the segments said (and I was really surprised!) that detailed visualization can backfire. totally make sense, especially in relationships field. You start to detalise your desire and start to feel PAIN because you miss it or lack it or memory pops up or what ever. Amy gives the ideal tool: just FEEL good because you already have it. Thank you so much for your channel Amy. I have been following you for about one month and practicing your techniques. Nothing major has happened but I am starting to see small changes. This week, I was checking out hotels for an up and coming trip to NZ. Three separate hotels, I found a $50 discount and was able to cancel and re-book getting the discount. Then, same day I got an email from my car hire place. They had a flash sale and 35% off for one day only. Today I manifested a family pass to the Ekka (fun fair type thing) that I have been wanting to go to and specifically believing to win tickets. I really love it when someone explains with examples. It gives so much clarity and easy to remember forever. But a warm chocolate cookie is like a materialistic item to which no one really gets attached. Its not needed for survival. Life is not on stake for a cookies. Thats how I have manifested lot of materialistic desires in the life including abroad trips. Your method is perfect. But what the real question is when it comes to job money relationships and also body/health issues where one is really attached to desired outcome which if not achieved freaks one out. What about such desires?

In step 1 of focusing, you imagine a scene where you hear/see/find out the good news that they are now happy and in full health. Then do my other 3 steps. This video will give you the four steps so walk through it with a scene you're imagining where everything turned out really well for everyone involved. Much love to your mom and sister! You are very kind to think of them.
Jaanika If it’s something important to you and you have a lot of resistance, feel free to repeat the four steps every couple of days or so until there’s not much resistance left. If you don’t have any resistance then once is enough. ❤️
I recommend Revision. "Joseph Alai" is great in explaining this. Watch him on TH-cam where he tells sucess stories of people who got rid of diseases, changes in relationships, etc. Also u can watch Dr. Joe Dispenza Testimonials, there r TONS of people got immediately rid of any diseases, etc. 😉👍😊
Amy, you're one of my most amazing manifestations! :) And your video couldn't be more fitting to my current situation: I am actually in the process of manifesting a new place right now by shifting into the feeling of how relieved and happy I will feel when I finally found the new place sponteniously whenever it feels right, even though I don't now exactly what it will look like. Still working/living through lots of resistance. Old layers of restistance resolving and new ones coming up almost every day. But I feel myself getting closer/aligning... By the way, about detachment: I found that wether I feel that I badly need something or if it's just something that I would like to have is not the most relevant factor in actually getting it. Feeling (not only thinking logically) that I deserve to get what I want is really important! Most people subconsciously have believes about not beeing "good enough" for a better job, better payment, a more comfortable place to live, a partner or social environment that treats them with respect... Also, I personally don't use the terms "detachmant" or "letting go", because I have a negative association with them. For me it feels like I have to give up on the connection to the thing that I want to manifest, which creats more resistance, especially when it's something I really, really want. So, I like " letting it rest", "giving it a break" or "relaxing the connection to it". I think key here is really to come to a relationship with your desire that brings you to a centered position/feeling istead of a longing (which feels very off center and dependent for me). But there are so many individual ways to get to that "center", that's just how I do it...

The resistance part of this is a real game changer and has given me some real relief from worry. My brain is a busy one (great for creativity but difficult for worrying!) and I always used to feel down when I would put an intention out and then get a negative thought or feeling I would then be convinced I wouldn’t get what I wanted to manifest because this is what so many teach! Hi, I'm new here and have two questions: 1. How long can it take to see the result? I know it's hard to set a specific time, but around one day, week, month or maybe year? 2. How often should I set this intention? Just once, everyday or maybe several times a day?
Paulina evry manifestation has a gestation period. You just need to live in the end result. It will come when the time is right. It may be one day or one month or one year. 2. You can set intentions and visualise as n when u like. If it keeps u in belief u cn do it everyday before sleeping or in daytime whatever suits you.

I've been really intending and living in the end result for nearly 5 months now, but there is no sign of him. In fact, I don't know if he exists only in my imagination or if he is even real. Miss Amy, I’ve been working on being in a relationship with my sp for a little while now and yesterday I realized a lot of little details I had scripted about my sp (going on picnic dates, staying up really late talking on the phone, showering me in attention and communication, expressing his romantic interest in me, intriguing deep conversations) has all manifested but with a different person. What does this mean?
Bratatouille Oh that’s a really good sign! That means that you can manifest those experiences easily, so do step one again and add in the thoughts that you got exactly what you wanted with the exact person that you want. That happens to me a lot too, where one of the details is off but a lot of the details are spot on. I always take it as a good sign and then I do it again (the 4 steps), sometimes I’ll do it two or three times before it manifests with the exact specific details I’m looking for. That’s normal, don’t see it as a negative because it’s not. You’re on the right track! Keep at it!! ✨🙌🏻✨

I love this so much, coming from an extremely anxious person, I feel so much more relaxed and okay with facing these emotions, the self love and acceptance that’s coming from this is mental, I care more about how I’m making myself feel than my manifestation arriving and that’s incredible, thank you so much, and also for reminding me how important fun is whilst doing this, I’m also noticing now way quicker when I try to manifest out of resistance instead of something being genuinely what I wanted, it’s confronting, but also really restores some serious self awareness loyalty and integrity, gifts even better than smacking on an instant have button so, like the old saying, very worth the wait🥰😊😊😊😊❤️❤️💃🏽
Success stories. didn't know about LOA and on the last April I've watched a picture from the new iMac so I stared the picture and visualized with my eyes open to me working with the new Imac on my office about 2 minutes or so, and sudden I told to myself and said me "Nah, my mac is perfect so I don't need the new Imac and spend 2000€ in a new computer "and literally I forgot it. 7 days later my computer turn off suddendly and in April Apple store were closed here so I couldn't use the SAT so my father gift me a new Imac. Now I noticed that I did all your steps but not consciounsly, but it works like a charm. 4 years ago I did exactly the same for a new car, I told to myself "Ok I love this car but it is very expensive so if I can't get it, it's not a problem I will get another. And 10 days later I got my Audi A3"

I am manifesting a SP and my mental diet is like "SP loves me and only me", so when I am not visualizing, and going through the current reality, how can I do the mental diet(which contradicts the current reality, as it has not happened yet) if I am to accept it? Inspired action, not forced! So put in the work if it feels good/flow to do it, and chill otherwise. The universe will give you instructions and opportunities, so act on the opportunities, but not from a desperate place. Ex: you want a car. Maybe you pass by a dealership one day and like the cars in the lot. The action step is you going into the dealership. So action is required, but you'll be led there, either by your own ideas or by synchronicity. Another example: you want to be a famous actor. That will lead you to meeting the right people or getting offers for certain gigs, but you still have to practice acting and show up for auditions. If you are unwilling to do that, the lifestyle of an actor is not for you, and you need to question why you actually want it/what you think you'll get out of it. But for someone who really does like acting, they don't have to force it: they're in flow because they like it, so the action is easy. The "work" in that case is also inspired action, because it feels good to do it for someone who truly wants it, and it's in flow for them. Basically, any action that feels good is in alignment (with the exception of escapism), and any action that is forced is resistant/not in flow. So it's about how the action makes you feel. If you get an idea, and the idea would lead you to what you want, then that's a hint that there's a possible direction to go in, if it felt good or "right" to do it. Not every action feels good though, but as long as it's not resistant, you're okay. For example, nobody wants to sit in the DMV or fill out the paperwork, but that's an action that would need to happen at some point.

This is how I lost 80 pounds. As I was walking through the store... I would pick up something I thought looked good. Let's say oreos. I closed my eyes and visualized tasting what the oreos tasted like. I got the taste and feeling of eating the oreos and I was able to put them back on the shelf and not purchase them.

Manifestation success story. Woke up this morning feeling like crap totally given up on manifesting my SP. Watched this video (and a few overs of yours) Visualised my SP really happy to kiss me and love me and talk to me. He's been avoiding me for 2 weeks. The visualisation helped me release resistance and I felt better. So this afternoon he suddenly texted me. I visualised him calling me... and he did to ask me to catch up with him when we get out of self isolation, he told me he missed me and showed me in compliments. Bit of a miracle.

I’m wanting to manifest an iPhone 11. I’ve been working on it for 3 months now. How did you do it?
Put it in a planner Convince yourself you don’t need it. It took a year because, my phone literally died off the charger. I couldn’t help but focus on getting a new one because my phone wasn’t functional and I really need it. So I kept forcing and focusing on wanting a new phone. I was obsessed. Trying to find ways to earn the money to buy the phone. I actually earned it but didn’t spend on the phone lol. Because again I actually needed a new phone. But not really. It’s not a NEED. I can survive without a working phone because I was. So anyway. I have an iPad than can do everything my phone can do so when I figured that out I started to detach from my iPhone. Practicing gratitude for my iPad. Then the government announced they’re giving stimulus, and I qualified. So I used my stimulus to buy my new phone. Which is another story, because something possessed me to do my own taxes this year. Instead of my mom claiming me. If I had let her claim me I wouldn’t have gotten it. Looking back I see the bridge of incidents. So to summarize. Do what amy says. Convince yourself YOU DONT NEED IT. You really don’t need an iPhone. People existed without cellphones. There use to be only home phones. You existed without one for 3 months and you didn’t die. It might have been uncomfortable and you might not have liked it but you didn’t need it to survive. So get to a point where you convinced yourself that you don’t need a new iPhone. And it will come. Like amy said just because you say it, or convince yourself you don’t need it, it doesn’t block it. In fact thats what makes it come to you.
Well, what can I say. This worked for me. I followed your steps while I was on the way to work last Monday, just to see if it works. Today I did end up getting a warm chocolate chip cookie because my coworker was baking at work. I'm shocked.

I just manifested my favorite corn snack 😂 I did the same steps, especially the imagination with the senses and really feeling it. Everything that happened hours ago was exactly how I imagined it - how I acted and pointed at it in disbelief when I saw it on the food stand (and I got exactly the large size that I imagined, not the smaller one!) up to the manner of ripping the package open now and enjoying the food. I felt that I was living a scripted & staged movie scene 😂 blessings to everyone, happy manifesting
what i like to do regarding detachment is thinking well, a month ago i didnt have this specific thing im manifesting rn and my life was still okay, i survived It, therefore i really dont need It to survive lol ive had so many amazing experiences in my life while not having these things im manifesting, so theres no actual NEED. hope it helps you guys :)
Amy, yesterday at my company's holiday party there were warm chocolate chip cookies, straight from the oven. The one I had was still warm even after being out for a while. Maybe it was because I watched this video a few times, I really don't know, but it happened. What's funny is that at the time I thought, hmm, that's an odd dessert to have but I love cookies so okay! It didn't click until this morning that in some sense I got what I wanted. Also there was a super amazing rainbow in Los Angeles this week, in the sky for over half an hour and taking up the entire sky... it was almost otherworldly. I've been allowing resistance and it has been tough emotionally, but I've been reminded to detach and I am SO ready to let go and fully take care of myself in a way that benefits my surroundings and work towards what I'm passionate about, even if that is putting away laundry, lol. There is a pretty big manifestation I intend to achieve and to do that means letting it go. Thank you for this video, I appreciate you! ✨
1. Clarify what you want with an imaginal act.
2. Relate to the act in the moment as having what you want NOW (e.g., omg, I got exactly what I wanted)!
3. Ask yourself if you believe it's possible to get exactly what you want.
4. Remove any resistance:
a). Remind yourself you can have the negative thought/feeling and still get your desire
b). Fully accept the doubt/fear and sit with it until it runs out
5. Detach by saying you don't *need* to get exactly what you want (e.g., it's ok, whatever).
*This made more sense to me as five steps. Just writing for my reference.

Things have clicked for me today. I knew I was supposed to release resistance and I do that but my problem has been giving up and feeling powerless when it hasn’t come yet. I say yet bc it is always going to come. Sometimes we give up right before it shows up. Today I have manifested what I considered to be impossible by persisting in focusing on my desire and releasing resistance as it comes. I tell myself my desire is still coming and nothing is going to stop it. And it came. Amy’s right when she says you can feel resistance and lack of belief and still see results.
This gives me hope thank you!

i set an intention to start knowing what i want and then i see this
I will admit I've been VERY skeptical about manifestation and stuff like that but I decided to mess around and I came across this video and decided to try it and a week after I followed these steps I got what I wanted, at least part of it. The speakers in my car are very funky, the front speakers almost never work (in the 3 years I've owned the vehicle the front speakers have worked a grand total of two times) and I just haven't gotten around to getting them fixed. Anyways, I decided to try and manifest all the speakers to work and at first nothing happened which I expected but then I remembered I had to try and detach and didn't think about it. A week later I got into my car to go to work and what do you know, ALL the speakers decided to work and I was honestly blown away. This happened 2 days in a row and it's been a bit funky since i.e the back speakers being the only ones to work but I wasn't expecting it to work at all to be honest so I'm quite happy and in shock this even happened at all. I just followed the steps and told myself it could happen, like you mentioned in the video. This was longer than intended but thank you Amy, you're turning a skeptic into a believer. Maybe I'll try to be specific and hope for them to work on a consistent basis :)
Congrats on your success so far! 😁Manifesting can take some getting the hang of so keep at it, you’ll be amazed by what else you can do! ✨ To get it to stick, use a visualization like this...Imagine it’s Halloween (or some other holiday/birthday) this year and you’re in your car and you realize you cannot remember the last time your speakers had trouble because they’ve been working so perfectly for awhile now! In fact, you totally forgot they even had trouble in the past until this moment. And say “thank you!” in your visualization to establish gratitude for them working. 💕

That's because there is no reason to build that belief! :) I can make a video explaining that, but belief in its possibility is enough. Even the Bible says you only need faith (belief in the unseen) the size of a tiny mustard seed. It does not say, "go get more belief." On the flip side, when dealing with limiting beliefs, I do that in step 3 of releasing resistance, not in step 2. And whenever you answer "no, I don't believe it's possible that it can happen" in step 2 then that's actually a limiting belief that can be dealt with in Step 3. You don't need to change that belief, just release resistance around it.
@@illuminatingjoy Yes please; it would be great if you could make a video about belief and its role in the manifesting process. So am I right in assuming that the only purpose of you having Step 2 in your process is just to identify (and only to identify) what your beliefs are surrounding the topic/subject that you're trying to manifest and leave them as they are? Because in Step 3 that's where you address any limiting ideas or beliefs that you've previously identified in Step 2. Thanks Amy!
AMY hi! I think I FINALLY get what you were talking about for years but I could never figure it out. You always used to say our manifestation will come when we don't "need" it... I hated it when you would say this but I think you were right. I focused on the feeling of "having my desire" so much that I noticed myself actually feeling pretty good and happy even though I don't actually have the thing I wanted. I felt like, hey I feel so amazing just day dreaming about this I don't really feel that painful longing/void I usually feel. Then I noticed whenever I would get into these "zones" or state of mind, SUDDENLY my manifestation would start to appear in little ways, little signs... and quickly... I think the whole state of wanting and desiring and longing is the main TRICK that trips people up when they are trying to manifest something that is important to them they keep feeling that angst inside wondering when is it going to be here...... and that state of mind just blocks it.

Just yesterday it dawned on me that I should share my amazing manifesting story. Now I've been using Amy's techniques for maybe 2-3 years now manifesting free coffee and gift cards. Just nice small things to prove manifesting works to myself. This story begins in Augush of 2019 while I'm moving cross country with my husband and kid. While we stopped to visit my brother our family cat of 6 years pushed out a window screen and ran away. We were heart broken, we looked for him as long as we could but had to get back on the road to return our uhual on time. I trying as hard as I could to manifest finding him before we left. But what I did manifest that day was holding a neighbors cat who looks similar calling him by my cats name. But I didn't give up hope. Often times we'd think about our kitty missing him and I'd do Amy's 4 steps. The neighborhood he ran away from heard about it and kept looking for our cat, days weeks and months after we left. Then it finally happen after I was resigned that I thought he was eaten by coyotes. We got the call that someone found him. After 215 of my cat being lost, I manifested him being with us in our new home, where I could pet him on my lap.

Abraham Hicks in one of the segments said (and I was really surprised!) that detailed visualization can backfire. totally make sense, especially in relationships field. You start to detalise your desire and start to feel PAIN because you miss it or lack it or memory pops up or what ever.
Amy gives the ideal tool: just FEEL good because you already have it. Skip details. Especially on a sensitive topic(s).

Thank you so much for your channel Amy. I have been following you for about one month and practicing your techniques. Nothing major has happened but I am starting to see small changes. This week, I was checking out hotels for an up and coming trip to NZ. Three separate hotels, I found a $50 discount and was able to cancel and re-book getting the discount. Then, same day I got an email from my car hire place. They had a flash sale and 35% off for one day only. Today I manifested a family pass to the Ekka (fun fair type thing) that I have been wanting to go to and specifically believing to win tickets.

I really love it when someone explains with examples. It gives so much clarity and easy to remember forever. But a warm chocolate cookie is like a materialistic item to which no one really gets attached. Its not needed for survival. Life is not on stake for a cookies. Thats how I have manifested lot of materialistic desires in the life including abroad trips. Your method is perfect. But what the real question is when it comes to job money relationships and also body/health issues where one is really attached to desired outcome which if not achieved freaks one out. What about such desires?

In step 1 of focusing, you imagine a scene where you hear/see/find out the good news that they are now happy and in full health. Then do my other 3 steps. This video will give you the four steps so walk through it with a scene you're imagining where everything turned out really well for everyone involved. Much love to your mom and sister! You are very kind to think of them.

Jaanika If it’s something important to you and you have a lot of resistance, feel free to repeat the four steps every couple of days or so until there’s not much resistance left. If you don’t have any resistance then once is enough. ❤️

I am actually in the process of manifesting a new place right now by shifting into the feeling of how relieved and happy I will feel when I finally found the new place sponteniously whenever it feels right, even though I don't now exactly what it will look like.
Still working/living through lots of resistance. Old layers of restistance resolving and new ones coming up almost every day. But I feel myself getting closer/aligning...
By the way, about detachment: I found that wether I feel that I badly need something or if it's just something that I would like to have is not the most relevant factor in actually getting it. Feeling (not only thinking logically) that I deserve to get what I want is really important! Most people subconsciously have believes about not beeing "good enough" for a better job, better payment, a more comfortable place to live, a partner or social environment that treats them with respect...
Also, I personally don't use the terms "detachmant" or "letting go", because I have a negative association with them. For me it feels like I have to give up on the connection to the thing that I want to manifest, which creats more resistance, especially when it's something I really, really want. So, I like " letting it rest", "giving it a break" or "relaxing the connection to it". I think key here is really to come to a relationship with your desire that brings you to a centered position/feeling istead of a longing (which feels very off center and dependent for me). But there are so many individual ways to get to that "center", that's just how I do it...

The resistance part of this is a real game changer and has given me some real relief from worry. My brain is a busy one (great for creativity but difficult for worrying!) and I always used to feel down when I would put an intention out and then get a negative thought or feeling I would then be convinced I wouldn’t get what I wanted to manifest because this is what so many teach! I found this video because I’m torn atm with what I want in terms of relationship and I’ve been struggling. Thank you for this!!

Hi, I'm new here and have two questions:
1. How long can it take to see the result? I know it's hard to set a specific time, but around one day, week, month or maybe year?
2. How often should I set this intention? Just once, everyday or maybe several times a day?
Paulina evry manifestation has a gestation period. You just need to live in the end result. It will come when the time is right. It may be one day or one month or one year.
2. You can set intentions and visualise as n when u like. If it keeps u in belief u cn do it everyday before sleeping or in daytime whatever suits you.

I've been really intending and living in the end result for nearly 5 months now, but there is no sign of him. In fact, I don't know if he exists only in my imagination or if he is even real. Not sure what to do at this point now.

You have a very simplistic way of explaining things without all the unnecessary "bells and whistles". I decided I wanted a text message from my "sp" who communicate is strained with right now :) I did your 4 steps and tried my best to detach from the outcome. This was yesterday, and today around 1pm I got a long endearing text message from my person. I kept telling myself..."its working" like from one of your other videos. How should I manifest body changes?

Miss Amy, I’ve been working on being in a relationship with my sp for a little while now and yesterday I realized a lot of little details I had scripted about my sp (going on picnic dates, staying up really late talking on the phone, showering me in attention and communication, expressing his romantic interest in me, intriguing deep conversations) has all manifested but with a different person. What does this mean?
Bratatouille Oh that’s a really good sign! That means that you can manifest those experiences easily, so do step one again and add in the thoughts that you got exactly what you wanted with the exact person that you want. That happens to me a lot too, where one of the details is off but a lot of the details are spot on. I always take it as a good sign and then I do it again (the 4 steps), sometimes I’ll do it two or three times before it manifests with the exact specific details I’m looking for. That’s normal, don’t see it as a negative because it’s not. You’re on the right track! Keep at it!! ✨🙌🏻✨

illuminatingjoy I’m definitely doing that now a lot, and it’s transforming the way I deal with it, it’s so much more self loving gentle and compassionate, and honestly this gift in and of itself makes me (in the best way possible) not care about the thing I wanted, cause being able to be present with myself and others like this, is like the greatest thing ever! I love this so much, coming from an extremely anxious person, I feel so much more relaxed and okay with facing these emotions, the self love and acceptance that’s coming from this is mental, I care more about how I’m making myself feel than my manifestation arriving and that’s incredible, thank you so much, and also for reminding me how important fun is whilst doing this, I’m also noticing now way quicker when I try to manifest out of resistance instead of something being genuinely what I wanted, it’s confronting, but also really restores some serious self awareness loyalty and integrity, gifts even better than smacking on an instant have button so, like the old saying, very worth the wait🥰😊😊😊😊❤️❤️💃🏽

Success stories. didn't know about LOA and on the last April I've watched a picture from the new iMac so I stared the picture and visualized with my eyes open to me working with the new Imac on my office about 2 minutes or so, and sudden I told to myself and said me "Nah, my mac is perfect so I don't need the new Imac and spend 2000€ in a new computer "and literally I forgot it. 7 days later my computer turn off suddendly and in April Apple store were closed here so I couldn't use the SAT so my father gift me a new Imac. Now I noticed that I did all your steps but not consciounsly, but it works like a charm.
4 years ago I did exactly the same for a new car, I told to myself "Ok I love this car but it is very expensive so if I can't get it, it's not a problem I will get another. And 10 days later I got my Audi A3"

I am manifesting a SP and my mental diet is like "SP loves me and only me", so when I am not visualizing, and going through the current reality, how can I do the mental diet(which contradicts the current reality, as it has not happened yet) if I am to accept it? Sunethra Perera - Accepting your reality releases/prevents resistance. Mental diets help you move into the reality that you prefer. Amy has a video on parallel realities that explains in a bit more detail. Best of luck to you.

Inspired action, not forced! So put in the work if it feels good/flow to do it, and chill otherwise. The universe will give you instructions and opportunities, so act on the opportunities, but not from a desperate place. Ex: you want a car. Maybe you pass by a dealership one day and like the cars in the lot. The action step is you going into the dealership. So action is required, but you'll be led there, either by your own ideas or by synchronicity. Another example: you want to be a famous actor. That will lead you to meeting the right people or getting offers for certain gigs, but you still have to practice acting and show up for auditions. If you are unwilling to do that, the lifestyle of an actor is not for you, and you need to question why you actually want it/what you think you'll get out of it. But for someone who really does like acting, they don't have to force it: they're in flow because they like it, so the action is easy. The "work" in that case is also inspired action, because it feels good to do it for someone who truly wants it, and it's in flow for them. Basically, any action that feels good is in alignment (with the exception of escapism), and any action that is forced is resistant/not in flow. So it's about how the action makes you feel. If you get an idea, and the idea would lead you to what you want, then that's a hint that there's a possible direction to go in, if it felt good or "right" to do it. Not every action feels good though, but as long as it's not resistant, you're okay. For example, nobody wants to sit in the DMV or fill out the paperwork, but that's an action that would need to happen at some point.
