Also have you used the connector piece if so how well does it work for things like bicep curl or bench press? And some people were saying they were slippery but I’m not sure. They look pretty good after 4 years and have you had any safety concern with them falling on your face or feeling in stable. Please let me know, thanks!

I weighed them in my original review video and they were pretty much the exact weight

If you bench to exhaustion and drop them on your last set, will they break? assuming you got a weight lifting rubber mat under you
I just got them and these things are strong. If you drop them anywhere, you’ll probably be more concerned about the floor than the weights
