Those wheels are super nice. I don’t know why you would replace them. Maybe if you could change the colour that would make sense. Unless you have a specific wheel in mind I wouldn’t change it.
The mirror caps are a bit odd, but I think the wrap on the roof strips were the right choice. The chrome looked tacked on rather than being a style feature, the black looks much more uniform next to the surrounding black section and allows the eye to gravitate to another, possibly more preferred area
Here's a thought, I like the color change away from the chrome too. But I think it can become a little bland overall and from afar. Have you thought about mixing a few small, bright, accent colors? Or gun metal for accents?

I prefer the black too, chrome doesn't always work on every car, this might sound stupid but I actually did the same on Gran turismo sport on the LC500, I just couldn't stand that chrome especially on the rear of the car.

Maybe you could try some plasti dip on the chrome wheels? It’s basically vinyl wrap in a can! You can peel it off easily
