    I managed to accidentally make slight contact [watch on right wrist] with kitchen door knob this morning. Not an unstoppable force [wrist] against immovable object [handle] and no apparent scratches to timepiece thank heavens. I hope no interior damage.
    These things sent to test us: mea culpa.

      @@luxuryfocus Thanks my friend: yes, the incident was a wake up for me to take more care. The door knobs in my house are the sort that "stick out" as it were...always a need [as you say] for me to be vigilant.
