2018 Jeep Renegade 12V DC Fuse Replacement

- Quick video on how to replace the 12V DC fuse in a 2018 Jeep Renegade. I blew the fuse trying to hook up a coffee maker in the car for work haha I ended up blowing the fuse, so lets replace this fuse and get things working. The 12V fuse is the bottom 15 AMP fuse.
-You only need a T20 Hex bit to remove 3 screws to remove the dash panel.
-You will need a panel removal tool (Harbor Freight for cheap) to remove the dash panel
-Long pliers to reach and pull the fuse.

Jeep makes changing a fuse so impossible. We ended up just laying down in the floor under it and reaching up into it to change it. Hurt my back but im not taking the whole panel apart. So dumb.
You saved me a lot of headaches.
Easily found on the bottom left hand side and was a 15 amp for a 2016 renegade as well.

Hoping you or someone sees this… my friend has the same Renegade as you in that hers also only has 1 vertical dial next to the fog light control (that is by the drivers left knee)
She can’t get the dome lights to turn *on* at all… not using the switches by the lights themselves and not by fiddling with that single vertical dial…
We aren’t sure if the previous owner removed the bulbs, removed a fuse or if there is some other wiring issue, but all the videos addressing this issue is with vehicles with ~two~ vertical dials, and it’s the one that she doesn’t have that seems to be the way to address the issue

Fuse tests good, any idea what else it could be? It's my girlfriend's car and I javent had the time to open the panels and confirm wiring yet.
Where is the fuse for headlight, daytime running light, parking brake ECT, mine are out
I would have to research but most fuses I found are behind the dash on the driver side. Do you have the service manual? I can try and do some research for you too

I was thinking mine blows out all the time you think i can use another stronger fuse like a 20
I know I blew mine attempting to hook up an coffee maker haha, I wouldn't recommend a larger fuse. I would check to see what is causing the fuse to go out.
I hate who ever design the location of these fuse boxes
Is it he 12vdc fuse box in the he same place of a 2020
That I am not sure, but there is one in the dash and under the hood
