you realize you're taking English learning seriously when the Canguru English notification appears after a while, but you can't watch because you have to finish your class on Fluentify English course!! LOL
Well, of course one day the devices for translation will reach the point in which they'll really help us in communicating, possibly in business, commerce, relationship and so on. Anyway, I also think that the process of learning is something that, you know, improve yourself in interact with others as a human being, to improve your skills empathetically, I mean, emotionally, and ... and, you know, technology can't do that at all. Besides, we always are thinking that the progress, that is, in terms of future vision and so on, it's a kind ... a kind of ... you know 'evolution' in which the artificial intelligence system will make everything for us. But, what about if, on the contrary, the main sources of energy will dramatically disappear, or decrease suddenly for instance, and then will finish? We think alway progress in terms of a continuosly process of development of that kind of technological society, but what about if the future will be technologically useless? Furthermore, what about if an AI system will even automatically translate everything you think? I mean, what about of your level of IQ? The more we are mentally assisted, the more we becoming mentally undeveloped, and, of course, the more we don't need to communicate. So what about the purposes of such sophisticated translation systems? Don't know, I guess that if a language system has been created by nature, well probably it did the best it could and nothing will be compare to it, ever.
