Today i installed a garmin striker plus 9sv on my jon boat to bass boat build, i installed it on my trolling motor up front, but this was the last thing i needed to install on my jon boat to bass boat build for it to be done, so the jon boat is now officially done!! i do want to add a few other things but for the most part it is done!!

It all started when my mom met my dad and they fell in love and they had me, Hi im Adam Ryan, and my life.. is kinda crazy!! WHAT..IS..UP.. everybody and welcome to my TH-cam Channel, on this channel i try to live life to the fullest, go on awesome adventures, explore new places, i love being outdoors and in nature, its always peaceful and drama free, which is my number two goal in life, number one is always be happy, most of my videos are me going on EPIC adventures, going to lakes, streams, or rivers and going fishing, catching big bass, walleye, and huge catfish on my awesome Big fish 105 fishing kayak, or you will catch me on top of a mountain bombing the trails on my 2019 Trek Roscoe 7 mountain bike, mountain biking is the newest sport i started to do and follow me as i progress my skills on a bike, i really enjoy mountain biking and its a really great way to stay in shape... that was a family guy reference.. i dont think it really worked out over text.. you know what just forget i said that... you may also find me at a skatepark skateboarding, i started skateboarding when i was 10, it was my first true love lol i instantly fell in love withhow challenging it was and i was hooked and been skating ever since, i havnt skated in a while but i do plan to start back up so expect to see me at skateparks as well, i also really love traveling and exploring new places so expect a lot of travel vlogs, but that is my TH-cam Channel, in a nut shell, hit that subscribe button for a awesome good time!!

I am an electrical tec and I learned a while back not to put or leave a battery on a concrete floor. It can ruin it
Nice job clean quality work as always I think it was a real good choice of the placement too but having this fish finder does have the ability to create some serious problems called a trickle down effect or projected outcome scenarios in short meaning you could be in Danger of running out of Slap ya' mama from all of the fish your going to catch better get stocked up fast lol 😆🐟🔥

I took the boat out today and I love the fish finder! It’s a lot better then my kayak fish finder

everyone seems to be buying them for kayaks are they any good for bigger
boats or to small
Size doesn’t really matter, so a 7 will be just as good on a boat as on a kayak

I know this video is a little older but my Garmin Striker 5 indicates that the narrow side of the transducer face away from the prop. I noticed you had this in reverse, was this based on the instruction and have you had any issues with the readings?
I had to go back and look at my instructions bc I thought he put it on backwards also. It’s does say the narrow side away from the prop and that’s exactly how he did it 👍🏻
I jjust bought a Garmin 93SV for my boat project. My local marine supply store recommended running power from my Blue Sea fuse block. Another trusted source recommended running power strait from the battery with 10 gauge wire along with an inline fuse. Any suggestions?
Run it straight to the battery, less interference that way
@@AdamRyanA The wire that came with the unit is much smaller than what was recommended. Should I use the factory wire or splice and use a heavier wire with Inline fuse?
Hey Ryan, I have the same one, just wondering what you did with the blue and brown wire? Did you just cut them as I’ve seen other guys do or are they for anything else?

@@minhly4058 if you have 2 garmin units, like one up front and another at the console....you use the blue and brown wires to tie the 2 together to share waypoints
