@@bigsheep2335 I really don't see how your comment is relevant to San Marino being sovereign. I am obviously talking present time. And also that's just like, your opinion man.
Wales and Scotland are somewhat different: they are regarded as being independent entities in a conglomerating union, unlike NI, which is a colony or region(sensitive topic for some)... Its also not FULLY sovereign I dont think as they have a currency convention with Italy. Kinda just a technicality though.

In Taiwan you drive on the right.... and Taiwan does not look anything like those south east asian countries, less palm trees, people not as dark skined, no dirt roads.
@@tropinnka you are right, but most of them live in the more mountainous regions in the center of the island, which i never got on geoguessr. If you get this region in geoguessr there would be so many mountains and interesting vegetation that you would know it is taiwan^^
Those trees you said were "too southern" in the Poland round, weren't they just normal European pine? Pretty sure they aer all over the place here in Denmark.
regarding the Cambodia/Philippines, take a look at the dirt on the road. the reddish color of the dirt is due from iron oxides. they are more common in an inland, continental environment. i guess it depends on how exactly the island/landmass was formed, for example a road with dark colored dirt will most likely be on a volcanic island.
15:10 -- "it's South Africa or Australia". I realize it takes away a bit of the fun once you've learned all these clues ...but South African roads have yellow edge-stripes.
I really enjoy your videos. It's interesting enough that I can focus on them for the whole duration, but good enough to just serve as a background noise or something.
The problem with the blue EU number plate rectangle is that in Serbia they have a similar blue rectangle, just without the EU stars of course. Can't tell the difference in a blurry photo. And maybe there's other non-EU countries that have it too, so it's always a risky game to assume EU because of the blue rectangle..
To differentiate between Canada and the U.S look at sign posts. The post itself in America is made out of metal and in Canada the post is made out of wood. So speed signs, destination signs, yield signs, etc in America have metal poles and in Canada they're wooden posts.
I think the part of the registration plate indicating the region is called the international vehicle code, or just international code. Great video btw :)
I was screaming Poland all throughout that round as the landscape looked unmistakenly familiar. Guess I'm only better that the Wizard when it's my home country.
For me its pretty easy to get latitude right. Longitude on the other hand.... I can hardly tell the difference between east and west hemispheres, unless its Asia or theres road markings or signage of some sort. Just trees? Could be either side of the Atlantic.
Given some of your other super--tenuous connection deductions I can't believe you didn't make the green plates in the USA - green = vert in French = ver in the USA = Vermont.. so obvious..
*Looks at goats*
"What are these dogs doing. Wait those aren't dogs."
*Looks at goats again*
"Those are mini cows."
In a way, they are.
Literally my first thought was to check the comments after he said that, this didn't disappoint lmao
It's like he is slowly descending into madness, the 10 country challenge is taking the best of him

It would seem like GW didn't pass the spelling exam....
GW sees goats: "What are these dogs doing?" ... "OK, they are not dogs. They are mini-cows."
😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
I think Tom is slowly losing his mind
Was it really ever there at all? Sometimes wizards gotta wizz.

San Marino is fully sovereign. Not like Wales or Scotland.
Kiwi Wales and Scotland will both be independent soon enough as the Un-United Kingdom is falling apart
@@bigsheep2335 I really don't see how your comment is relevant to San Marino being sovereign. I am obviously talking present time. And also that's just like, your opinion man.
Big Sheep bless you. Scotland will get there independence soon enough. Not so sure about wales tho. That won’t happen for a very long time kid

San Marino is a fully sovereign country. Definitely counts. Why wouldn't it?
No one takes little people seriously, so what's the difference with a country
*sees goats*
"What are these dogs doing?"
*Zooms in on goats*
"oh they're not dogs, they're mini cows"
Brilliant
I know it's an added sound effect, but when you miss the country, I always imagine you viciously shaking some salt.

Every video I watch I get increasingly concerned for your sanity
Idk but like who taught you how to sing?
He's in a band, actually
You need to be taught how to sing some random songs?
You should make a video where you would play until you got the 10 countries. Even if it's a 8 hour video. I'd watch
Pedro Rocha so would i omg 😂
Tom bullying San Marino is just fantastic 😂
You were really on one in this video and I love it hahaha
Not gonna lie, I hope you never finish this challenge so I get more 10 country challenge videos in my life
He already finished it once
We need a 100 country challenge for this reason
The Pocahontas got me, lol.
Anyone else find these kinda relaxing?
Progressively getting drunker each episode, I am loving it.
i was just wondering whatever happened to the wales video you where talking about a couple of months ago?
He's still preparing it
He wants to release them all consecutively so he has to edit them all up before hand so it takes quite a bit of work
I can confirm that i am still editing the videos and that it is going well, but taking more time than i had promised.
Every video someone is always asking where the Wales video is. Lol
San Marino is a country
Black screen at end of video makes me very happy - it keeps the suspense!
The colour of the soil was key to tell Cambodia apart from the Philippines. The other two fails were very tough, though.
Fun fact : San Marino is one of the oldest Republics.
Oh, I've been to Ruteng. Flores island is the home of Komodo national park so quite a lot of tourists do visit.
Plus I got the mystery jets reference!
Normal people: goat
GeoguessrWizard: mini-cow
Wtf is a normal person?
17:16 Thats the province where the komodo dragon live. Komodo island is on the west side of the East Nusa Tenggara province.
Damn are u drunk or something 😂
Edit :Thanks for all the likes 😊😊😚
I have never heard a sober person attempt plains Indian, Native American, or First Peoples songs without being racist so probably.
Tobias Scott-Killian you get offended too easily if you think he’s being racist

ahahahahahah mini-cows???
theyre goats mate

That second to last round in New Hampshire is 5 minutes away from my house!
Those roofs in Serbia, with four sides, are called Turkish roofs. So when you see those roofs in European country it's probably on the Balkans.
I say you should call it the “EU Blue” cause 1. It rhymes 2. It’s true 3. The blue rectangle is kinda a boring name, but that could also work
“What are these dogs doing? They’re not dogs they are mini cows.” Absolute madlad
15:32 3 roads off pretty nice.you can walkbout THATS 3x finnish width lol
That Vermont one was the only one i knew 100% Cant mistake those license plates.

Tom: *Starts singing Pocahontas songs*
Me: That’s the song of my people.
The licence plate of Vermont is full green! In case you'll ever get Vermont..

Maybe it's stereotypical but as soon as I saw the people swimming in the runoff pool i was thinking of Poland.

15:34 - Two Doors Down by Mystery Jets. No idea about the other ones though!
12:35 as your Polish fan I'm highly disappointed that in the end you assumed these people with 4 penises aren't Polish :
At 13:47, I think you should call it an EU badge
Love your vids babe!
For the record, they have them in Norway as well, even though N is not part of the EU
Watching this in 2020 and omg loved the Pocahontas reference 💘
I think the song you sung at 8:00 was that "colors of the wind" shit from Disney???
I was screaming Poland all throughout that round as the landscape looked unmistakenly familiar. Guess I'm only better that the Wizard when it's my home country.
Did you just watch Pocahontas or smth lmao
"So that car is european. (30 seconds later) So..I'm thinking.....UKRAINE!!!..no? yes?". (me: screaming at monitor)
GeoWizard (GeoGod): How did you work out that you were driving on the left? Was it the mark on the street behind the google car?
20:00 Lol, that looks exactly like Sierra de Aracena, in Andalusia, Southern Spain (look for it on google) o.o
Ariana M holy shit that looks identical
“They ain’t normal..... so I’m thinking Russia! “
San Marino is as big as the average Wyoming ranch.
Watched the whole video until the end to boost your watchtime ;)
Spoiler prevention is appreciated btw.
Why wouldn’t San Marino be a country???
I really enjoyed the part at 21:10
This songs sound like some random german local beer party Song.

for the record San Marino is 100% it's own country. plus those were goats lmao
In the US, Vermont license plates are green
Spuds the size of spacehoppers 🤣🤣 You are fantastic when you are on form pal
Where do they have green license plates? In Vermont, bro. Not in Maine.
Do you do live shows as well?
was one of the references from the Lone Ranger?
I said that Vermont has green licence plates in my response to his ten state challenge.
Hey Tom. Whatever happened to your "Journey across Wales"?
Hey Markus, still editing it buddy! Hold tight, and hopefully you won't be disappointed.
Was there a reference to Bill Weiss?
"The blEU number plate"
that last round... I'm portuguese and the first thing I thought was that it looked like Portugal
" I love Jennifer Eccles..." The Hollies..... am I first? Whats my prize?
Last reference I did get; Garlic bread by Beard Meets Food. You saw the future!
If you see orange roofs, most likely you're somewhere in the Balkans.
4:28 Jennifer Eccles - The Hollies
reading the comments before watching and im looking forward to it
this whole video was crack up hahah
7:00 was from star wars no?
Considers San Marino and Italy the same country, but not Maccou and Hong Kong...
oh no no no no . . . it's a fucking full UN member.
San Marino is a sovereign state
You would make a great khajiit voice actor for the next Elder Scrolls game
what's ur opinion bout the champions league final? will klopp make it?
Hank Hill he already has made it mate. Liverpool are playing in it tomorrow
Love your vids
One could call it the "blue bar"
Why didn't you move in most of them?
I think he’s just gotten used to playing no moving format. Plus I think it’s better that way
I think you can see the Cambodian castle on those flags
great video!
