alt ctrl T brought up the black box, but I am still getting msg "Your Chrome version is not supported." I was told to contact support for the portal I am trying to access. Thanks.
After writing that command, restart your chromebook and go back to the settings, click on the “check for updates” button. Or Automatically it will alert you when there is another at a moment.
1.Restart your Chromeboook. 2.Go back to settings and check again for the update by clicking that button of "check for Updates" 3. Lastly, if updates are not available, chill. As time goes on they will send you alerts/notifications when new updates are available. ✋👍
