@ishanshawn if your referral has been approved within the offer period, then you should receive them. My first referral was about a month ago, but I received them just now.
I suggest you call Amex customer care and ask them if your referral is eligible, and if yes, then when will they ship it.
My guess is if you're eligible then you should receive it within a couple of weeks, but do call up customer care.
